I know I said I was stepping away but in light of recent events I’m making one last post in order to explain a bit more on why I’m stepping away because it’s incredibly important.

To whichever Assassins fan decided to STALK ME on my other, personal, social media accounts. That is NOT OKAY. I am an ADULT, don’t be doing shit like that to people on the internet. It’s a shitty thing to do, and it’s dangerous not only to me but to you as well. That is probably the biggest reason on my stepping back from this fandom, it was a major boundary of mine that was crossed, and a few of you have crossed my other hard boundaries as well, some of you several times. It makes me feel uncomfortable, it makes me feel unsafe, and it makes me not want to trust you. Any of you. I still don’t know who that was, which means that one of you now knows how to look at what I’m doing on other social media accounts, and I have no way of knowing which of you it is.

It is disgusting, it is terrifying, and quite frankly it’s shameful. And yes I’m angry about it because it was an awful thing for you to do. Do better.

Just a quick post to say that I’m stepping away from the assassins fandom. Probably permanently.  I’ve had a fun three months with y’all but I’m gonna just be honest. A lot of you are teenagers, some of you are still kids, and it’s getting increasingly obvious that you don’t know how to behave. (One of you STALKED ME on my other - PERSONAL - social media accounts. That IS NOT OKAY.) And I’m not going to continue to partake in or associate with y’all while this is the behaviour you’re exhibiting. Especially not towards me or other members of the fandom. This is not directed at anybody in particular, this is just the general pattern that I’ve been seeing. I’ll still post about assassins, but it’ll probably just be analysis posts like you were seeing from me before I joined you guys, and I’ll still make content about it on my main blog. I am still an assassins fan, I just won’t be a part of the tumblr fandom. I already unofficially stepped away about a month ago, but now I’m doing it offically. Maybe when some of you guys have matured I’ll come back, but that probably won’t be for a long time.
