Hello everyone! So Im a Tengrist pagan and in my practice I do a form of shamanic meditation that allows me to connect to spirits :>. This the quick little background

So I did a meditation tonight just wrapped up and Im ✨️perplexed✨️ and ✨️confused✨️

In the meditation I was greeted by a spirit that appeared as a woman. We talked back and forth and cannot figure out like ✨️anything ✨️. Like I have no idea the significance because typically spirits in this meditation are just animals and such.

Does anyone else have experience with Shamanic Meditation or Astral Projection or even like dreams? Any ideas are helpful here just seeing if anyone has input for this 🤷‍♂️

I know my practice is somewhat niche lol this is just the first meditation where Im like "huh?"

The most human experience Ive ever heard of ❤️

I was meditating at the riverside. Next to me was fishing a family with kids. I finished my meditation and noticed a little girl sitting the way I did and looking at me standing up. I smiled at her, so she stood up and run to me

-Hey, girl! How do you sit so long meditating?..

-Ah… I just sit… and listen to the water… to the wind… to the birds… think…

-Aaaaaahhh… cool!

And she run back to her father. Kids are cute
