i think part of why i love tumblr so much is because people here are as mad about ads as i am. when i express my bloodlusty hatred towards how insane the ad situation has gotten on youtube (i should not be fucking getting an ad on a 10 second video) other people are like, you should buy youtube premium its so cheap. no id rather feed a horde of mosquitos with my blood than give one cent to youtube. why dont you just get an adblock? i do have one but i think youre missing the point. i remember adless youtube. every time i get two unskippable ads back to back or get a fucking unskippable ad on a 15 SECOND video i think about how youtube used to be. but on tumblr all the other tumblrinas want to put peoples heads on stakes with me. love this website💞

this is a poster i made for my call to action assignment in humanities! it's a bunch of basic and easy stretches for people who sit and work at a desk all day (me)

the idea is that you'd put the poster up above ur desk and do the stretches every 30 minutes or so,, the whole routine won't take more than about 6 minutes to complete and when done regularly it can prevent wrist, shoulder, neck and back pain! :)

all these stretches can be done while sitting (although i HIGHLY recommend you stand up and move around while taking a break from working)
