While going about his needed tasks to open shop, one of the employees had taken notice of the odd sight outside had caught his attention, and after a moment of hesitation the man decided to go and see about the other who was currently atop one of their tables. However, he wasn’t expecting things to get even more strange once he had walked up to the other… His earlier look of confusion intensifying as he spotted the ears atop the sleeping male’s head. Furrowing his brows with a frown, he then gave one a light poke, assuming they were simply some well made accessory… But, at being proven wrong when the ear lightly flicked, the man froze. Just what in the world?… Feeling a bit too stunned to deal with this odd of a situation, the man decided it best to simply return to the shop, hoping that perhaps the other would wake soon and simply leave himself.
Cheshire, meanwhile, had remained mostly unaware of the initial attempt to wake him, only stirring slightly for a moment before no longer taking notice. The cat’s peaceful rest then continued up until someone else had come to try and wake him, this one actually rousing him enough to respond. “Mmh?…” making a soft sound initially, the tall male uncurled himself slightly before turning slightly and going to sit up, propping himself up with an elbow as a yawn passed his lips.
Tumblr media
His free hand then rubbed his eyes a bit, slightly disheveled hair falling into his face before he moved to push it back. “Ah, I’m just fine~… But, hmm…” pausing here for a moment as he tried to shake off the lingering traces of drowsiness, he then continued. “I wasn’t able to find a place for the night, so I ended up here… I guess you could say that last night was just a somewhat unlucky one.” giving an honest answer to the other man’s question, Ches then chuckled a little and smiled, hoping to ease the concern upon the other’s face. After a moment he then noticed the treats which had been set near by, tilting his head a bit. “Oh? Planning to share with someone?” asking this as his gaze returned to the other man, the cat didn’t immediately assume that the extra treats were for him, well not entirely at least. He then moved from the table top and toward one of the seats, taking a moment to start fixing his hair once he settled into it.
Tumblr media
The answer that the cat man had given him wasn’t exactly one that he was expecting, his brows even knitting together in his confusion. He decided to rest on the idea that perhaps he might be a tourist in this area... The man certainly didn’t look as though he was homeless. But then again, it didn’t appear that he had anything with him that would suggest that he was carrying other clothing and such with him. Perhaps his place of residence just happened to be a bit too far from here and he wasted most of his money on booze and wasn’t able to catch a ride home or a hotel?
Tumblr media
“Didn’t have enough money for a hotel?” he questioned, tilting his head just slightly, his hair following along as he gazed at the other curiously. Simply watching the other move from the table to the chair, excusing himself, he decided to sit down himself in an open chair. By this point, he made himself clear that he was trying to talk to him, this man having caught Garry’s interest. “Do you live far from here...?” he continued, not exactly understanding how he could look so clean if he was indeed homeless.
“Ah... I had ordered a bit extra to share with you in compensation for waking you up. Hope you like tea and scones,” he gave a small, awkward chuckle as he pushed the items toward the other male. “They’re blueberry scones and raspberry tea,” he informed him, a slight smile on his face as he went to take a drink from his cup. Garry felt really odd now that he had gotten the other something to eat, questioning exactly why he felt the need to do so... He was worried, but the exact reason still wasn’t clear to him.

@the-forgotten-portrait
Finding himself in an unfamiliar place meant a couple of things when it came to a certain auburn haired male, the first was that he’d spend a fair amount of time roaming about to try and get a feel for his surroundings. And the second, was that he’d most likely fall back on old habits of trying to earn himself a place to stay by charming some of the residents. Such a round of events is exactly what had been unfolding over the previous evening after Cheshire had found himself in this new city. However, his endeavors met with a pitiful success rate… As, while he did learn a bit about the surrounding buildings, his efforts at finding a bed for the evening met with no returns. So, with a defeated sigh the cat retraced some of his steps back to a café that he recalled passing by earlier.
And seeing little other options as the shop had closed up hours ago, the cat decided to make himself somewhat comfortable in the area of outdoor seating. “Well, I guess this will have to do for tonight…” he murmured, shifting about slightly after sitting atop one of larger tables, before soon curling upon the flat surface. Then the hours ticked by, with the dusk soon turning over to dawn as the morning crept closer. But in the shady spot that he’d curled up in, Cheshire remained mostly oblivious to the coming morning as he continued to doze. Others also remained rather unaware of the odd sight which this made, as so far there was very little foot traffic passing by, aside from the café staff who had come to open up shop but a short while earlier. Thus far none of them had gone to disturb the man outside however, instead simply looking on in understandable confusion as they went about readying the shop.
What reason was it exactly that this man had decided to get up so early in the morning? Garry didn’t know. It wasn’t as though he really had anything to do later on today. He had the day off from work, but he couldn’t think of a single thing to do and sleep was being rather evasive. It was a shame because he was having a rather nice dream too! Such is life, he supposed.
Tumblr media
He found himself outside, walking in the direction of a bookstore, thinking he might stop in to pick up a book or something of the sort, but along his travels, the cafe caught his eye. More of, a certain sight in the outside seating area. There was a man... Laying on one of the tables. Sleeping. He watched as one of the employes walked back into the shop with an odd look on his face as if he were just as confused as anyone else would be in this situation. But, he wasn’t doing anything about the man.
Tumblr media
That was certainly odd... But he couldn’t help but find himself a bit concerned and he was soon heading to go inside the cafe, ordering two teas and four scones before heading out toward the seating area to the table the sleeping man was on. He took a moment to observe him, taking in the odd appendages on his head and connected the dots... This... Was no ordinary man if the lack of humanized ears was telling him anything. Regardless, he placed the treats down and lightly shook the other man. “Hey, you okay? What are you doing here?” he questioned, his face full of concern.

As the other shook his hand in response to being thanked, Isshiki tilted his head slightly, but made no comment toward it and instead simply gave a small smile in return. He gave a soft nod as the other went to sit, before then shaking his head at the other’s next words. “Don’t worry about it, giving me a warning about it was plenty of help already.” giving a quiet laugh after that, he then added a bit more before going to take another few sips of coffee. “I do still appreciate that you thought to help clean though…” with that he’d given another slight smile, then was then quiet for a bit before going on to mention the concert.
There was then a moment of hesitation before he gave a reply to the other’s next words, the hand that had been previously holding his coffee now moving beside his face as he toyed with the section of hair that rested there. “Mm, sort of… Currently I’m a soloist, but I do consider those preforming alongside me as my bandmates, even if we aren’t exactly an official group.” giving a soft laugh of his own with this, he was prepared for further questions about his group or simply his music in general, as that was often the topic of many conversations he with others. Which he didn’t necessarily mind, at least most of the time.
So, as the other’s next question directed away from that subject, he was left slightly surprised. But, soon went to answer. “Ah, not until a bit later… As we have a practice session scheduled for this afternoon. But I wanted at least a few hours to do something else, rather than having to head straight for practice.” shifting his gaze to the side for a moment, he then continued. “Although, I haven’t really decided just what I’d like to do…” sighing softly with that, he then looked toward the other again. While he’d gone about saying these things, Isshiki easily took notice that the other still appeared concerned for him. So he offered a soft smile toward him, trying to reassure him a bit.
During their bit of conversation so far he’d also taken notice of the other’s speech patterns, and though tempted from a bit of curiosity…he didn’t drawn attention to it. Instead, he decided to say something else. “Oh, sorry I didn’t mention sooner… But, I’m Isshiki Yasuhiro.” deciding to offer an introduction before they got too far into a conversation, and a lack of one might’ve made things somewhat awkward.
“Ah, I know how that is...” he gave a small sigh of his own as he relaxed back into his seat, lifting his own drink up to his lips to take a few sips himself. “I’m kinda here trying to decide what I’d like to do as well before heading to a shoot for some clothes I designed...” he trailed as he thought about it for a moment, giving a soft chuckle as he rubbed the back of his neck.
“I don’t know why the magazine is interested in my clothes, but I’m happy none-the-less?” his tone was a bit clunky, unsure of how exactly he should feel about getting attention as it seemed he was. “This is the first time anyone’s tried to reach out to me in a physical form... I normally sell online, haha,” it was clear he was a bit nervous for the upcoming events but he tried to shake it off by focusing on the man he now knew as Isshiki.
A smile split his face as he extended a hand across the table after the other introduced himself. “You can call me Garry. It’s nice to meet you, Mr. Isshiki,” he returned the introduction, deciding to allow the other to call him by his first name, as he honestly didn’t mind it at all.

Sighing softly as he went about collecting up to soaked napkins, the man used a few more to make sure the table was indeed dry before quickly disposing of all the wet paper then returning to his seat with another slight sigh. He knew the other man likely hadn’t meant to embarrass him, and was in fact rather grateful that he’d spoken up the situation. Although he didn’t immediately express this gratitude as his attention was first put on the question which was raised, lavender gaze shifting over to the other man as he went to reply. “Mm yeah, our concert ran a bit longer than planned, so there was less time for sleep than I originally thought.” answering with a slight chuckle, he unknowingly confirmed the other’s thoughts about him possibly being in a band.
After his words the man stifled a small yawn, then made a second attempt at adding milk to his coffee, this one thankfully being free of any mishaps. Placing the lid back on his cup afterward, then after taking a small sip of his drink, Isshiki spoke up again. “Thanks for telling me about that, by the way…” now expressing his earlier gratitude, there was a small smile given along with his words. After a short bit of silence he then added something further. “Ne, would you like to sit?” he asked softly, inviting the other to take the empty seat of his booth, and subtly inviting the chance for further conversation. If the other decided not to indulge that offer however, that was perfectly understandable.
After a bit of watching the other man go about cleaning up the mess he made, the thought to help him out crossed his mind. But, by the time he had received the idea, the time had already passed and he was being invited to sit down and thanked for the little that he had done. Shaking his head as if it were no big deal he smiled before taking the offered seat.
“Excuse me,” he spoke gently as he took the spot across from the other and lightly rubbed the side of his neck for a moment. “Sorry I didn’t help clean it up, the thought didn’t cross me until it was too late,” the words carried a bit of a troubled tone with an embarrassed smile. Once again, he found himself shaking his head, but this time to shake off that embarrassment as he tried to move on.
“Oh? You’re in a band? I thought there might have been a possibility, but I’m surprised that was correct, haha...~” he gave a soft laugh, finding the idea that he just so happened to bump into a man that was in a band. But he back peddled, trying not to focus on that as he didn’t want to seem like that was a really big deal, as he didn’t want to seem like he’d be just some paparazzi...
“Do you have something important to do today that you had to skip getting good rest?” he questioned, tilting his head just slightly, still appearing to be concerned. After all, regardless of the other man now seeming more alert, he could still see the tiredness in his face.

graceful-days
While sitting at his booth in the somewhat empty café, Isshiki could certainly feel the lingering weight of tiredness for the concert he’d performed the night prior. The semi-early start he’d had to this day only adding to that weight and foggy feeling. But, seeing as there was another booked at another venue which called for a practice session later today, he couldn’t really have afforded a later start if he wanted to remain on schedule. Amidst his foggy thoughts of trying to run through the day's plans, there was something that caught his attention, that being the fact that someone was speaking to him.
Now admittedly their words didn’t register at first, but after a moment they sunk past the fog and he blinked before shifting his gaze downward from the brief glance he’d taken toward the other, now looking to the coffee which sat before. Now, what the man thought he’d been doing while thinking was adding milk into his already sweetened drink, however… Like the other man who spoke to him had pointed out, that wasn’t the case, and instead there was simply a growing puddle of white upon the table. Almost instinctively at noticing this he tiled the container of milk back, stopping the flow of any further liquid.
“Ah, I guess I must be more tired than I thought…” he spoke softly in somewhat of a response to the other, then began grabbing napkins to try and wipe up the mess before it spread to the table edges. Honestly, the situation was rather embarrassing…something which may have been apparent in how his gaze was now focused down at the table, as opposed to giving the other man a second glance when he spoke.
@graceful-days
A concerned smile came to the purple-haired man’s features as the other man went about cleaning up the mess he made. He felt a little guilty for embarrassing the other male, not having meant to do so, but understanding that it was inevitable that it would have been. In the end, Garry did the other a service, he thought. Either tell him and risk the embarrassment of the other, or allow it to continue and end in a mess on both the table, floor, and the other male’s lap.
“Not enough sleep last night...?” he questioned softly, not wanting to overstay his welcome, but he didn’t just want to walk away either. He was concerned, and perhaps a conversation could help the other from dozing off again. It would be another favor... But he wasn’t expecting anything in return for it. Considering the other was here with a coffee, he assumed that he was perhaps trying to wake himself up. A busy day maybe, judging by how busy even his clothing seemed to be. He wouldn’t be surprised to hear if this man was some sort of celebrity in a band. The man definitely looked like he could be... Show biz surely was hard.

sassy---vampire
He had given into the urge to drink the blood wine, despite not wanting too. He had to eat some form of blood after all. So, he was very intoxicated which meant one flirty and emotional dhampir.
Upon seeing the other, he smirked. “Well aren’t you cute? Not sure how you made it into the castle, but I’m not complaining either. I always welcome good company~” He said with a purr.
@sassy---vampire
Garry always seemed to find himself in odd places, he didn’t exactly know how he got here either. Upon coming across this man was unexpected as well as the castle seemed to look abandoned from what he saw of it. Seeing him surprised him in the worst way, causing him to jump, but his face heated with the sudden compliment.
The blonde was probably drunk... It seemed so anyway with how he was speaking. Scratching the side of his face, he gave a small shrug. “I’m not quite sure how I got here either... I hope I’m not inconveniencing you,” he replied softly, but in a manner that held respect. After all, this man looked as though he held a sort of regality despite being in the drunken state that he happened to be in now. “Can I ask where exactly I am?”

Noticing the other holding his wallet as she’d gone to tug at his coat, Ib wondered for a moment just what it was that had caught his interest, turning her attention over toward the shop window as Garry had gone to shut and tuck away his wallet. Her curious gaze looked over the outfit being displayed, before her attention then shifted back over to Garry, trying to picture how he might look in it… Granted, she still didn’t know much about fashion and such things, but since she’d been trying recently to help give her opinion on outfits when her mother would pick out something, the girl wanted to see if she could test that a bit further.
This line of thought was somewhat left behind however as she noticed Garry look over to her, the small hand now releasing it’s gentle hold upon his coat as she gave a little wave before a bright smile came to her face. “Hehe… Hi~, It’s been a good while, I think…” giggling quietly at Garry’s excitement Ib returned a somewhat soft but still chipper greeting of her own before trailing off as she tried to think of just how long it had been since she’d last seen him. It had been at least a few months, she thought, but wasn’t sure just how many… At the next question however, she gave a small nod. “Mmhm, mama wanted to buy some new clothes for me, so I came along to try and help pick them out.” she replied, a soft smile remaining on her face afterward.
“Ho? Have you gotten yourself anything yet?” he questioned curiously, taking a moment to gaze over her current attire and bringing a hand up to his chin. “Did you help choose this outfit?” he gave another question before looking back to her face with a small smile. Soon though, he was getting up from his crouched position, looking in the direction she had come from, a small frown on his lips.
“It is a little irresponsible of her to let you just wander off like that though...” he sighed softly before looking down toward her with another little smile. “Good thing that I’m here, yeah? I won’t let anything happen to you,” he announced to her, his smile becoming a warmer one this time around. “Are you allowed to come inside the store?”

His hunger had been getting the best of him lately ans he didn’t want to to deal with the drunken flirtatious state blood wine would put him in. So, he decided to go out to eat for once. No one would catch him in the forest right? So, he lured a doe his way before biting near neck. He would only take what he needed and then send the doe on about her way.
The animal barely made a sound as he fed and once he finished he pulled away from it. His mouth was covered with its blood and the doe staggered a bit. The animal was okay and he even apologized to her. “Sorry for the inconvenience miss.” He said before the doe walled away to go drink water.
Not too far away from the curious sight taking place lay a small decrepit looking cabin. A certain artist deciding to have taken up the place to practice his work. The silence was a welcome to him from his otherwise busy city life. The sounds of the cars going by were really distracting to hear every day.
As the young man was making his way toward the building with a few tools to help in his venture, he just so happened to cross a peculiar man just as he was dislodging his fangs from the doe’s neck. He had gotten quite the view and easily was stunned, falling flat on his butt as he saw the blood on the blonde man’s otherwise stunningly beautiful face... He was unlike anything he’s seen before, he could akin him to a statue of a god...
Regardless, he was terrified. Garry could feel his heart pounding away within his chest, unaware of the noise his collapse made.

@the-forgotten-portrait
Spotting a familiar figure looking into the window of a near by shop, Ib looked between them and her mother for a moment. The girl knew she shouldn’t just walk away without indicating where she was going, but her mother was currently busy talking with someone, and interrupting a conversation was very rude. So, she waited for a break in their talk before getting her mother’s attention, tugging at her hand lightly before gesturing toward the shop near by. Taking a glance in the direction which her daughter was indicating, the woman then spoke.
“Oh, do you want to go look at that shop for a bit?” giving a small nod as her reply, there was a moment of consideration before she was given permission to go. Once said permission was granted however, Ib gave a slight smile, then walked with a slightly quick pace over to the shop. Stopping beside the man who she’d been looking at beforehand, she simply gazed up at him for a few moments before venturing to get his attention, choosing to do so by way of softly tugging at the hem of his coat.
Finding it to be a rather pleasant day, Garry decided this was a good time to head out on a walk. Window shopping just happened to be something he was doing as he was making his way. A particular line of clothing on display managed to catch his eye, stopping just in front of the window as he admired the clothing in general, wondering what exactly the pricing would be.
With that in mind, he fished a wallet out of his pocket, deciding to count what was inside to decide on his wanted to venture to even think about heading inside to ask. Already having come up with an estimated price for what he thought the outfit was worth. This was all put to a pause however as he felt a tugging on his coat, blinking before shutting his wallet, suspicious for a moment that someone probably sent their child to rob him or something... It wouldn’t be the first time since his coat did give off an idea that he was an easy target, perhaps.
Tumblr media
His gaze shifted over towards the child to be pleasantly surprised, his eyes widening slightly before a beaming smile came to his face.
“Ib! Why, hello! How long has it been since we last saw each other?” he greeted excitedly, crouching down to her level. “Are you out shopping with your parents?” he questioned, tilting his head just slightly off to the side, purple locks moving along with the movement.
