lemon bar frappe 🍋
-1 cup nut milk (i used cashew) 25-60cal
-1 cup ice
-2 packets/tbsp zero calorie sweetener
-1/4 cup propel lemon water 0cal
EXTRA:
dark chocolate shavings- 25cal
brownie brittle- 25cal
basically anything chocolate/caramel goes amazing with this!!
how to:
add crushed ice (it works better than cubed but cubed is fine), nut milk, sweetener, and lemon water into blender
blend until everything is combined and the ice has a frappe texture
(optional) top with toppings of choice
enjoy!
tips
i used propel water but if you can’t find any i’m sure any zero cal lemonade or fresh lemon (you may have to add more sweetener with fresh lemon) would work fine!
total cal: 25-110
this tastes so fucking good y’all. i added brownie brittle to mine and it was like i’d just went out to starbucks but it’s super low cal and easy to make!!
recovery is always better than suffering. i know it can be hard but you are dying and you need help

God, I'm so tired of not losing any weight. I try to eat a a healthy amount to lose weight but I always binge. At least when I was eating like 800 cals a day I stayed on track and didn't binge that often. Idk I just don't really want to be that sick anymore...
I just want to be normal and eat my lil 1,200-1,500 cals a day and lose weight. Why can't I just do that???
