Please don’t stand by the islamic regime for the attack on israel. The whole thing was a joke and all it did was endanger the innocent lives of millions of my people. The fact that so many countries came together to intercept the Iranian missles before they hit Israel proves that those countries absolutely could prevent more strikes on Palestine; they simply choose not to. Even the ones who have called for a ceasefire.

Some are calling for arrest, others for the National Guard to suppress these protests. The central rationale is equating anti-Zionism with antisemitism, a false equivalence intended to shut down the protests.

But where was the outrage on the right over decades of christofascist demonstrations at Planned Parenthood clinics? Why was no one calling for the arrest of the mobs of hateful, screaming zealots who inspired bombings and murder? Why today are LGBTQ event organizers forced to arrange their own security as protection from actual Nazis threatening their existence?

Hate speech is hate speech no matter if the target is black or gay or Jewish or fat or trans. No one of these groups deserves more protection than the others.

Protesting for changes in government policies is NOT hate speech. Policies don’t have feelings. Policies can’t be traumatized. In the USA we have a right to protest peacefully.

Do not send support to the Iranian government until Israel hasn't attacked. Do not.

Iran used the attack on its embassy as an EXCUSE to send missiles and drones to Israel. Iran is NOT doing this for Palestine's gain, it's for THEMSELVES. The government is full of lazy, uneducated dictators who will do anything to spread propaganda.

Do you know what it's like seeing posters everywhere on the streets of bruised and bleeding children of Gaza with slogans like "DEATH TO AMERICA!" or "ISLAM WILL ALWAYS PREVAIL" on them? every day?

This is not a tactic to support Palestine. It is a tactic to support ITSELF!

And you know what? It'll fucking work.

The protests last year were due to brutal oppressions of women and children in Iran. If a war starts, nobody will have time to focus on how abusive and theocratic this piece of shit government is, because we'll be too busy forcibly uniting in order to stand against a common enemy- fucking Israel.

And we can't do that. We genuinely do not have the firepower.

We could scrape past a scuffle with Israel, but absolutely not with the US.

I'm just going to say that student movements are always powerful because governments fear students. What did they expect from Columbia University? Part of their culture was that students did the same years ago when the Vietnam war was taking place! Look really close to these movements because I feel this is the beginning of the end.
