so mads mikkelsen said that when hannibal met will , he started to imagine a future for himself with will . and it made me think of hannibal’s scene in s1 ep13 when he tells bedelia he never imagines himself beyond his death. but with the loss of abigail and will he’s grieving for what they could have been. hannibal had imagined a future with will as a family !!!!!! and he grieved this lost opportunity !!!!!! a lot of ppl say "bros crying bc he framed will for his crimes☠️" but u also have to remember that hannibal has loved will since the very first beginning of their relationship. he put his trust in will and did everything he could to keep his serial killer identity away from him bc hannibal wanted to keep this friendship with will. but it is only when will came back after his jail time that hannibal realized he doesnt need to hide anymore. will accepts him in every identity he shows or has, wether it’s doctor lecter, chesapeake ripper, or hannibal himself with his insecurities and wounds and secrets. for once hannibal saw a future with someone who truly accepts and understands him no matter how untouchable hes built himself to be. and it feels wrong and impossible and scary but he’s willing to give himself this future with will

thinking about this S2 EP10 naka-choko conversation ….. will telling hannibal hes evil and hannibal saying hes just destructive. comparing himself to a storm and fire and hail , being all nature related … its in hannibal’s nature to be destructive. he doesn’t know how else to impact the world than by violence. just like how a storm can’t give a rainbow and fire can’t water the flowers. they’re just striking thunder and burning to ashes things that are meant to be destroyed. doing what they’ve been built to do. hannibal has been built to spread his destruction across world because he’s never learned gentleness. he doesn’t think it being evil, it’s just the only way he knows how to interact with the world.

^^ to my post yesterday abt will hallucinating a dog getting hit by a car on the street yeah. his hallucinations play on his empathy and fears and the fact that he could be seeing dead bodies or monsters but he hears wounded animals and it throws him into panics and he calls alana to search them with him and breaks the wall of his house to save an injured animal trapped inside and walks out the building with a murder suspect inside just to make sure a dog wasnt hit is so :( WILL I LOVE YUO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The fact that Will regularly hallucinated wounded animals crying because it was one of the most distressing things his mind could come up with
