I have not had my wisdom teeth removed

I had only a local anesthetic so I would not feel pain

I had a local anesthetic and minimal sedation (such as laughing gas)

I had a local anesthetic and moderate sedation (such as valium)

I had a local anesthetic and deep sedation (such as an IV sedative)

I had general anesthesia and was fully unconscious during the procedure
