Lemon claims that he or anyone he knows haven't been saying that shit about Griff having to end themselves.But maybe someone should tell xxlemon-chanxx that if you make a call out on someone, the GOAL is always to get them harassed. The goal is to get everyone in that call out bullied and harassed. And pretty suspicious the fact that Griff and their friends have been stalked and spied on for about 2 years remains entirely unadressed. There is also evidence of Lemon pressuring at least two of Griff's friends to cut contact with them. SO LEMON, YOU MEANT TO HARASS AND BULLY GRIFF, IF YOU DIDN'T YOU NEVER WOULD HAVE MADE THAT CALL OUT, OR GOTTEN INVOLVED TO BEGIN WITH, THIS WAS NEVER ABOUT 'CLEARING MAGPIE'S' NAME' AS YOU SAY, YOU CAN CLAIM ALL YOU WANT YOU ARE 'AGAINST HARASSMENT' BUT THERE'S ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO SUGGEST YOU ABSOLUTELY WANT GRIFF TO BE HARASSED, ALL THE WHILE YOU ARE LITERALLY AN OUTSIDER TO THIS WHOLE SHITSHOW, YOU HAD NO INVOLVEMENT YOU JUST INSERTED YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU'RE CLEARLY DELUSIONAL ENOUGH TO THINK YOU ARE THE MAIN CHARACTER OR SOME SHIT.

If you REALLY did not mean to bully Griff out of the fandom you would not be celebrating it. And it also remains very intresting that multiple people including Griff themselves have pointed out a lot of these screenshots came from private chats very suspicious that the other party refuses to adress this point. And also intresting that for being a supposedly neutral party, neither Griff or any of their friends were approached and asked about their side of the story. I guess none of them want to admit they were in the wrong. I'm stepping away as well, I like the owl house, but am glad to say I was never to involved in the fandom, you're all a bunch of self absorbed toxic jerkwads. Cricket signing off.

Cricket here. I am taking over this blog from Griff, still debating if I should make a post adressing all that bullshit. Probably not worth it, so guess the last thing I'll say on it for now. They claim it was all neutral, yet xxlemon-chanxx did not come to Griff to ask for their side of the story, they did not talk to any of Griff's friends either. How can you claim neutrality when all you do is word vomit accusations without any of the context or proof? You might say "But the screenshots!" The screenshots are all very one sided, with either covering things up or leaving out pieces of information and context. If a neutral party was involved then Griff and their friends would've been asked for their side too, would've been able to present their evidence rather than have it ignored. Griff also has confirmed the inital blow up that led to all this happening was on the 21st of August 2022. So let me ask you this, who is the villain here? Someone minding their own business mostly venting in private or a group of salty morons who have been actively been stalking and screenshotting things obsessively for almost 2 years? It's also ironic a lot of these people supposedly claim that harassments and call outs are bad, but guess it's fine if it's about someone you don't like. Griff is okay, they just want to distance themselves from all this. I'll leave with this quote from them. "It's all 'us weirdos stick together' till someone ships or write something you don't agree with, then suddenly they deserve to be slandered and bullied off the internet."

They have spoken to multiple people about this including their councilor, actions will be taken. But they're still pretty rattled, this isn't the first time they got ran out of a fandom because people are huge dicks who just can't leave well enough alone. But it sure is their worst experience, they said they'll take a shower and cuddle up with some plushies and have some tea. They did admit to being scared that these clowns will only quit harassing them if they end their own life. No, they aren't contemplating suicide. Just scared the harassment won't stop even if they decided to step out of the fandom. For their sake I hope those low lives leave them be.

Cricket here. Just curious, what neutral party? I've seen the doc as well, but honestly all I see is a BUNCH of people just ganging up on Griff because they had a spat with Magpie. Said 'neutral' party also had NO business in getting involved anyways. this 'neutral' party also saw fit to have someone literally spy on Griff and purposefully search for shit in their private server. they said last fucking year in private. You bozos literally overstepped Griff's boundry with your constant harassing and stalking. If anything Griff deserves to not give a fuck about your boundries, you guys sure as fuck didn't respect theirs. Griff blocked Magpie on literally ALL of their socials, they use tumblrsavior and xkit to filter stuff, they block people who reblog stuff from Magpie or co frequently. Genuinly tell me HOW Griff is the bad guy here, how. Griff has gone above and beyond to AVOID interactions with any of those morons. They admited to venting in public being a mistake, but shit they say in private should not fucking matter because it's private or at least is was supposed to because you guys apparently think it's normal to spy on people.

Trust their word. Do what you will. But if you're not going to check a well sourced and well put together doc from a neutral party who did their best to compile everything, because you're scared that you're going to find some real dirt on your bestie then idk what to say.

Mod cricket here. I'm an irl friend of Griff (They don't want to be called Horse anymore, they want to be called Griff.) I'm not involved in this but all I can say is, this is disguisting. Absolutely disgusting. How can you all treat another human being like this? Griff isn't some fictional character for you to hate on, they are a real person. With real feelings, who is being affected right now by what you people are doing. I refuse to believe you are doing this with good intentions, if you were you wouldn't be endlessly harassing Griff like this. You aren't doing this because you're good people, you're doing this because you just want to have your little power trip and go on a self imposed hero quest or whatever. You guys didn't even bother blocking out anyone from those screenshots propperly, so you people DO infact want pressure to be put on Griff's friends with the intention of having their friends cut them off I'm sure. If Griff is lying then why are those screenshots there? You may not think it is 'evidence' but it does show something DID happen. If nothing happened, then why doesn't Magpie proof nothing happened? I agree with what is being said, Magpie can claim all he(?) wants he doesn't condone harassment or doxxing when there are people harassing someone FOR him. I'm a fairly popular artist in the local music scene, nothing big but I'm not unknown either. And if I knew people were bullying others to defend me, I'd be appaled by that. Welp, seems time to adress something, I didn't read everything because I am so god damn tired about the drama. And I know it's full of nonesence anyways. I'm not lying about what happened, I do have evidence for it. Why haven't I shared it? Well because due to it involving multiple people and discord dms I have to comb trough almost 2 years worth of stuff to grab anything relevant because the search function doesn't pick up everything. But I also have a life so I'm not able to work 24/7 on it. Nor am I going to. it's said I am accusing Magpie, who had one of their friends write a call out on me and gave screenshots of our private conversations only to purposefully leave out messages or context to make me look bad, was a-okay with letting their friends stalk and harass me, oh also doxx me c: falsely accuse me and others of things we didn't do. But I know they're not going to admit they lied about me. Because that'd mean admitting they did something bad and they aren't going to do that. I have valid reasons to dislike them. And Talisman is blowing shit up, I'm not talking about how much I hate magpie 24/7, but I also won't hide why I dislike them. And why I don't want their content in MY server, it's why I don't want their friends in MY server. Funny, I was promised nothing bad would happen if I kicked their friend from my server, but lo and behold. I'm painted as a bad guy for *checks notes* having boundries. Can I poke the bear for a moment and get angry? Because I'm seeing "posting as activism" more and more in fandom spaces, and tonight I saw a post that made me lose it.

There is a post about (current events) going around that says, "full offense, but in this time, your own comfort doesn't fucking matter, you should be uncomfortable about things that are happening, and I hope you can fucking live with yourselves if you are quiet. It takes five seconds to retweet or reblog, fuck your aesthetic, fuck your anything aesthetic."

And my god. How dare they.

Yes, there is severely fucked up shit happening. Yes, people should be aware that people are being killed. Yes, there are people who are just shrugging about it and pissing off. But how does reblogging a post certify someone as Good or Bad? How does this person know that someone hasn't already helped out meaningfully in some way, or is still helping out, but on other websites? How does this person know that someone isn't barely holding on by the skin of their teeth, and they would have a mental breakdown if they got closer to any more stressful things?

I know a multitude of people, including myself, who have recently either needed to call lines, check into facilities, move back in with their parents, or go on medication because of how insane things have become in their own lives. How does this person not understand that blogging; being on tumblr; engaging in fandom, having a small space that someone can control in its entirety, is a reprieve for people who are already at their wit's end outside of that space? And that's okay.

(We are not doing the relative privation shit in this house. I refuse to entertain that.)

Ironically, by insisting that people participate in sharing posts when they're already stressed and exhausted, that's a surefire way to make their problems worse, and potentially prevent them from acting helpfully in the future because suddenly, their exhaustion turns into full-blown burnout. That's how it works. Professionals tell you to dial things back if you are too overwhelmed. There is a reason for that. There is a limit to how much people can mentally process and handle. Compassion fatigue exists. For a lot of us, we are already at our limit. We need space to relax, and not have arbitrary obligations thrown on us. That is not our fault, it is not a character flaw, it does not mean we are bad people. And just because horrific things are happening elsewhere, it does not mean we can, or should, stop taking care of ourselves first. Yes, it feels shitty to think, "you know what, I can't reblog this". You bet your ass that I and my friends feel guilty about not being able to engage as much as we think we should, but that is how it goes. I can put my head underwater for a bit. But I cannot keep my head underwater forever. I will drown.

Not to mention the obvious part: guilt-tripping people to the extent of implying they are somehow contributing to genocide, just because they won't reblog a post, and implying they should not be able to live with themselves if they do that, is beyond revolting.

I am angry, and I am not sorry.

So many of those kinds of posts—and they turn up during every set of horrific real world events—sound like people who are in a country far away from the events, diaspora at most but probably just randos, venting their impotent rage because it's the only way they can feel productive in a situation where nothing they can do is productive.

I am so unbeliavably obsessed with Blightcest it's embarrasing. Nearly every day I check the AO3 tag for Edric Blight/Emira Blight to see if there's a new fic but almost always it's a no. I saw a bit of a rise in Blightcest content after toh ended, but it didn't last long. I would write a fic and make art but I'm currently under a bit of a depressive episode that makes doing so difficult, so for now all I can do is wait... I really wish this ship had taken off as much as Pinecest did in the Gravity Falls fandom back in the day

Me but Bellector, it's such a good ship but there's so little content for it T_T
