Hello! It's time to expand BGIN Bedroom. This set was already planned when I started the previous one. What I didn't expect was that I would have so many problems with some children's items. This doll house almost drove me crazy!!!!!

As the BGIN Bedroom, the Kids Bedroom also was inspired by a lot of cheap furniture and some cheap decor items.

- There are 24 new items in this set. - There are items for babies, toddlers, and children in this set, including 2 new cribs, 2 new toddler beds, and a modular activity table. - You'll need Growing Together to use the rocking chair and changing table. - All items use my latest set of color schemes to mix and match with many maxi items. - I had these dinosaur puzzles when I was a kid and now my in-game kids will have them too. The Sophomore Collection - by Sentate & Serenity

@sentate and I both had so much fun working on last year's collaboration so we just knew there had to be a sequel!

The Sophomore Collection was inspired by casual, preppy fashion with a sporty edge that can be mixed and matched to create some effortlessly stylish looks. It's the perfect blend of It-Girl and Off-Duty fashion!

The set features a combined total of 31 items across a newly created 20 swatch colour palette along with additional colourblock, stripe and denim palettes.

Two weeks ago I took a few days to visit my mum who lives in Normandy and is a ceramist. I made a custom plaque for my future new house in sandstone clay and was inspired to reproduce her workshop for the Sims. 🥰

I'm happy to share another set with you. This time not the ones from my "warehouse" but completely new items developed this year, from the beginning to the end.

And I'm not exaggerating, this is probably the easiest-to-use set I've ever created.

For this set, I took inspiration from some furniture that you can find in stores that sell cheap furniture with designs like Ikea. The idea is to give the starter households a nice BEGIN so price and stats were very important to avoid the feel that we are hacking the game.

There are 22 new items in this set.

You'll need vintage glamour to use the vanities.

All items use my last set of color schemes to mix and match with a lot of Maxis items.

I started this set many months ago but got stuck with the wood pattern. I wanted something light but beautiful because the table had a very large wooden surface. Last month I explored many wood patterns until I found one I liked. It's light, but you can see some veins and knots here and there. It's another set that's part of the Tuds Warehouse collection.

There are 12 new items in this set, including ceiling lights for all three wall heights.

New large and functional triangle and sculptural table!

An almost convex mirror and a minimalist Monstera vase that I will use everywhere.

Although this one is part of the Tuds Warehouse, I had to recreate it from scratch because the prototypes weren't that good to release.

The Tall Cabinet with a niche was made to be used with some appliances and probably in the future, I'll release a built-in appliance set.

The Tall Cabinet Fridge module has two sizes, one compatible with the Shaker fridge and the other compatible with the Maxis fridges I use most. Use move objects cheat to place it.

The stool design is based on Lina Bo Bardi's designs. An architect who lived here in Brazil in the mid-century modern era and made a lot of great buildings and furniture.
