FOUR: crush. fours never possessed your darkness but he’s never been closed off or judgemental of you. you’ve never understood it but you’ve come to appreciate it. his smile always comes easy for you and sometimes you think maybe there’s something there. but he spends so much time laughing with ten who you can’t stand that it’s hard to tell if any of it’s real or if it’s just in your head.

NINE: older brother figure/best friend. you and nine have always understood each other, or rather the darkness in each other. nine is the loosest with that darkness and it makes you feel accepted and gives you an outlet. you treat each other more as siblings than as friends, but he’s your very best friend and the only person you have a fully positive opinion of.

TEN: enemy. you’ve never liked ten. he’s always too quiet and full of a holier than thou attitude. he has a darkness like you and nine but has always been distant from that. he’s completely closed himself off to it, at least the dark image of his power. he’s never seemed to accept his darkness for what it is. plus there’s the four-issue. the two are best friends maybe more, and you can’t help but maybe be a little jealous.

ONE: older sister figure. there was bound to be a complicated relationship between the first of the twelve and the last and there is. it’s very much like having an older sister, she’s always been a watchful eye over you and ready to chastise you if you step out of line. but there’s a softness to her too and she’s ready to provide guidance, comfort, and positive reinforcement if that’s what you need too, but you’ve always never been able to fully give yourself over to her in your trust. 

TWO: close friend. she’s always been great at providing a more balanced view of your power and how to control it whereas nine is loose with his, two believes in moderation. she’s been helpful in helping you keep a more controlled leash on your powers without asking you to outright hide or stifle them.

EIGHT: girlfriend. when you joined there was just instantly something there between you and eight. you looked up to her and she was just this powerful force that you believed couldn’t and shouldn’t be stopped. she’s never looked at you like some silly kid like a lot of the other’s and you’re always there to protect her despite the fact that you think she’s the strongest woman you’ve ever met. 

TEN: older brother figure.  you joined right after ten, but he’s always been protective towards you. you both struggled together to control your powers and when people would tease you he was the first to jump to your defense. you came to look at him like an older brother.

FIVE: older sister figure. ten isn’t exactly a good influence, but that’s what you have five for. she disapproves of your worship towards ten, and you like six, try and get them to get along with little progress. but she has always been a guide to you, putting you on the right path and helping you gain control over your powers.

THREE: best friend. sure she’s a good deal older, but with you two the friendship happened so fast and naturally. you two have the same sort of humor and you like to quip back and forth much to both of your girlfriend’s annoyance. you rely on her and can’t understand how she can date someone so annoying.

SEVEN: annoyance.  your girlfriend might be her best friend, and your best friend might be her girlfriend but you two have never liked one another. she finds you to be an annoying twerp who can’t stand still, and you find her to be weird and too relaxed. she’s just boring and no fun, in your opinion.

SIX: crush. when you join someone takes you under their wing or rather keeps an eye on you, helps you control your powers. that’s what six was for you, in the beginning, he was like an annoying tick you couldn’t get off your shoulder. then there was an incident, where you lost control of your powers. normally when you take away the senses it’s only for as long as you intend. but when your powers exploded they took six’s sight and it never came back. you blame yourself for that, and you’ve been protective of him ever since. you don’t understand his forgiveness, or why he lets you so close to him.

FOUR: best friend with benefits. you fuck around a lot, maybe it’s 'cause you’re distracting yourself from everything else. but four is doing the same with you so it’s mutually beneficial. besides, you’re close friends always giving each other shit, for anything under the sun. it’s comfortable, and hey the sex is good too. he’s your best friend and after the sex is all said in done that’s still the case, which is the best part.

TWELVE: enemy. twelve is not someone anyone would much like to have as an enemy given their powers. everyone’s been a little terrified of them since day one. except for your and four. four obviously has a thing for twelve, and twelve likes four, you know that, but four might be more blind than six even. twelve knows what you and four do together and it drives him mad, which you get some sort of twisted pleasure from. you’re waiting for the day twelve might strike you dead.

ELEVEN: little brother figure. eleven joined after you, you obviously weren’t his mentor but you guarded him like you were. his powers didn’t hurt anyone, but they were often out of control in the beginning. twelve might have been the last to join, but eleven’s been treated more like the baby of the bunch. he took to looking up to you and in this big screwed up family of twelve, you do see eleven as your younger brother.

TWO: close friend. you’re not sure you’d say two is your good influence, but she’s kind of who you look up to. she has a darker power but has always had massive amounts of control in your eyes. it’s all in the name you guess. but she’s always been a guiding hand while giving you massive shit for your idiocy in a variety of areas. if you look at eleven like a little brother then you look at two as an older sister.

FIVE: crush. it’s a complicated relationship that shouldn’t be anything. she should hate you and you should hate her and everything she stands for, and sometimes you do. but other times there’s just something pure and hopeful that breaks through to you. other times you see her as this corruptable light that the darkness in you wants to take over. but there’s a draw, that much is for sure, but does she bring out the good in you, or do you bring out the darkness in her?

TWELVE: younger brother figure/best friend.  you two have a darkness in each other and have always had an understanding the others haven’t. you’re kind of partners in crime and you perhaps provoke the darkness in him more often. you’re like the bad influence of an older brother, but also you’re each other's very best friend and the only people the two of you fully trust.

THREE: close friend. she is able to understand the complex nature of you in the way others just aren’t. she can see both the light and the dark in you by seeing your thoughts. she can tell how you yourself struggle with this within yourself, and while many have shunned you, she has tried to remain as a positive influence on you.

EIGHT: enemy. you and eight have annoyed each other since you first joined. maybe cause you broke up her hold as the last of the bunch after fifteen years. you think she’s uptight, and she hates how you use your powers and perhaps your entire personality. 

SIX: enemy.  six is perhaps the most light-filled and positive person of the entire group which means you two were bound to repel the other. but the biggest wrinkle here is his place as fives best friend which means he tries hard to block you from her, so yeah the two of you aren’t fans of one another by any means.

FOUR: older brother figure four is like an older brother to you in some ways. mostly because there’s some cross over in your powers. he’s able to create lightning through his control of the elements, and you’re able to do so as well. he helped you learn how to control this part of your power. he’s one of the wisest of the twelve so you look up to him. but you have that brother-sister relationship where you tease each other and get on each other’s nerves.

FIVE: older sister figure. five was the person assigned to mentor you on how to control your powers. since then you’ve always viewed her like an older sister and she’s who you go to for your problems.

SEVEN: best friend. seven joined before you, so you bonded as the newer initiates to the twelve. however, it was more than that you just had a lot of the same interests and still do. you might be immortal and time has gone by but you’re still very much a pair of young adults, wise ones, but still young adults. you can usually be found relaxing and gossiping together

NINE: enemy. nine has annoyed you since the moment he joined. you were the last to join for a long time. but then nine joined about fifteen years after you. he’s always been full of himself and his humor annoys you to your wit’s end. he has no problem with abusing his power which further bothers you.

THREE: older sister figure. again you two have always had really positive energies. she likes you for your neuroticism and all, even when you’re overly dramatic about them. you like never having to explain yourself to her and she doesn’t have to do the same most of the time since you understand her feelings. you two can lean on each other in the worst of times. sometimes she does annoy you when she teases you about your crush on ten that she knows all about or about some awkward thought that happens to pass through your head.

TWO: close friend. while one hasn’t liked four since you joined as the first male in the pack, you and two have always got on. again probably because you’re very neutral, neither dark or light and you’ve always been able to understand both sides of two. the good and bad in ways that many don’t.

ONE: enemy.  maybe it’s because you’re the first male that joined the twelve but you really have no idea why one doesn’t like you. you didn’t do anything to her that you remember, but she’s always been cold and short with you. your attempts to mend fences haven’t worked over this long period of time and don’t seem like they ever will. so you mostly just ignore her and roll your eyes as she shoots rude remarks your way.

NINE: friend. you are able to understand the complex nature of nine in the way others just aren’t. you see the darkness but you can also see the light in him, from seeing his thoughts. you can tell that he himself is struggling with this nature within himself. while others try to distance themselves from nine, you embrace him and try to be a positive influence on him.

SIX: younger brother figure. six has always been someone who just exudes so much positive energy no matter what his situation is. he can be a bit overdramatic at times when he feels distressed but it’s generally good-humored and hilarious to watch. he’s always liked coming to you for advice cause you understand him cause you can see into his head. but sometimes it annoys him like when you know everything and can ruthlessly tease him about his crush or various other thoughts. so in that way, it’s like having a little brother to toy with.

ELEVEN: best friend. it seems odd that you would find your best friend so late, but with you two the friendship happened so fast and naturally. it’s even funnier that your girlfriend is his girlfriend's best friend and somehow they can’t stand each other despite having both of you in common. eleven is the positive one in the string of people with rather dark attitudes and powers and you two have the same sort of humor and you like to tease him and you’re always quipping back and forth much to both of your girlfriend's annoyance.

TEN: younger brother figure. ten has always been reserved and originally had difficulty adjusting to the guarded and controlled existence the group had to live. but you were always able to be patient with him and accept that he had a darkness like you. you understood the fact that he was given a difficult power and needed patience and understanding to gain control over it. you were something of a mentor to him in gaining that control along with helping him gain acceptance from others and himself.

SEVEN: friend. you’ve always enjoyed seven for her confidence and just true nature. you’ve always gotten on well with one another and had a deeper understanding of one another. you’re always a friendly face to come to express any trouble you might be having and be a good sounding board for one another.

TWO: girlfriend. you two were the first to join and for awhile you two were all you had to rely on. but despite the two of you being joined by others’ you’ve never stopped relying on one another. it took you two some time to come together and accept what you two had was real, but when you did you came as a pair.

THREE: younger sister figure.  in a way, you, three, and two have a special relationship as the first few to join the twelve. you were like this elusive girl power group and there were a lot of great times during that era of the twelve. you came to view three like a younger sister and were there as a guiding hand, much like you are with all of the twelve as the first of the bunch.

FIVE: close friend. you two have always been very opinionated advice-givers and have never minced words with people. and it’s exactly why you like each other so much. you two are very much like the motherly figures in the group ensuring everyone is doing okay and doing everything your guy’s ways and you bond over that overarching nature you two have.

TWELVE: younger brother figure.  there was bound to be a complicated relationship between the first of the twelve and the last and there is. it’s very much like being a much older sister, or even a mother in regards to twelve. you’ve always been a watchful eye over him, always ready to guide him or perhaps chastise him if he steps out of line. you do have a soft spot of him though, and always want to provide guidance, comfort, and positive reinforcement if that’s what he needs, but there’s always been a level of mistrust in both of you towards one another. 

FOUR: enemy. maybe it’s because he’s the first male that joined the twelve and you felt it was the end of an era in the twelve, or maybe he really is as awful as you make him out to be in your head. his powers impressed everyone but you’ve always disliked four, you can’t exactly explain it, but you avoid him at all costs cause his mere presence can set you off. what an arrogant jackass, he just has that vibe, okay!?
