For real I think a lot of people say they like, make their characters suffer and put them in tough situations but it's 99% external forces. You need to make those cunts mess up. You need to make them embarrass themselves. You need to have them be impulsive and mean and too uncomfortable to apologize. You need to stop your impulse to excuse them or redeem them at every turn. And most importantly you need to let them suck at things so badly it's uncomfortable to watch.

i love the horror vibes and the characters. ending sucks. realized i liked horror a lot through it. will never listen to a podcast again. i think more british people should be audibly tortured, thats fun

trying to be better about my activism and mental health on this site. i think the hardest thing is balancing my need to be a good ally versus discourse that often leads to spiralling ruminations that i'm fundementally a transmisogynist for being transmasc.

in the end i know shame and guilt do nothing for transfemmes, and i can't let myself get stuck in those spirals and argue with myself why or why not im a transmisogynist. i need to believe in myself and my goodness and not fight the thoughts of doubt. im a good person and my friends love me and i love them. im working on it.

the idea that restrooms, locker rooms, etc need to be single-sex spaces in order for women to be safe is patriarchy's way of signalling to men & boys that society doesn't expect them to behave themselves around women. it is directly antifeminist. it would be antifeminist even if trans people did not exist. a feminist society would demand that women should be safe in all spaces even when there are men there.
