It looks like from other people drawings that the losers become bystanders watching the event till the Victor, THEN can go back to their world. So I just imagine after finally getting a chance to escape the competition, something(probably one of those comedy wooden hooks) just drags him back and sits him down in a crowd of all these versions of him and his brother to watch a Sneasel him fight someone eerily similar to his brother. Cue the to be continued meme

Which means that while these AUs might not be moving on they’re still part of the tourney! These are the underdogs! The unknown! The rare! Which means you should check these ones out specifically!

despite facing off an axe-welding-probably-insane man and severe type disadvantage ghost worm, our sneasel Ingo came out on top! and is enjoying a little berry prize (that i am only now realizing i did not go over with the dark blue- whoops)

up against the most terrifying wooden solder to ever exist, who is equipped with laser eyes and a super-soaker, and a robot, the actually human Emmet came out on top! i'm sure his brother is very proud of him. and also! if you just so happened to read my tags from the last time i drew for this event- you'd know i was prepping two colored drawings for our winners!
