I’m at my lowest rn i gained 6kg during the summer(I was medium weight cyst all over my eye and pimples all over my face and I can’t sleep at night

I can’t fit into any of my clothes

My family is calling me fat and piggy and all sorts of disgusting fat shaming names

I decided to stop vaping to see if it’ll help with the acne

Any tip on how to lose weight fast bc I can’t take this anymore I need to lose at least 20kg as fast as possible

And how do yall smoke and not have acne or anything just clean skin what is your trick
