I hadn’t realized they change to a stadium in the UK pls. But here when a concert got cancelled and we couldn’t get our money back the production companies turned the value of the ticket into credits so we could use to buy something else. Maybe that’s happening in Europe?

Seems we’re getting an automatic refund 🤷‍♀️

In Brazil we can use our old tickets. I think it’s the same for the rest of the world considering not everyone had the option to get their money back

But there were two London shows and now there’s only one! And we had decent tickets… what a mess
