This is the funniest thing I’ve read all day!
went to my girlfriend's friend's house yesterday and she had a dog that supposedly hates men and that dog hated me for a few hours. world's first ever trans inclusive misandrist dog. i felt so validated. getting barked at was gender affirming care.

SO EXCITED!!!
Hi! I just found your blog today and love how inclusive your work is (almost as much as I love Simon!) Anyway, as someone who is legally blind, I would love to see a fic of Simon with a blind SO who has a guide dog if you’re up to write it! 🩵
thank you so much for your support, i’m so happy you liked reading it!
i’d absolutely love to write this for you!! i’ll plan on writing it as soon as possible and i hope you look forward to seeing it within the next day <3

I really enjoy novelty cooking and today I made muffins using a recipe from a 100 year old cookbook. Although my copy is from 1924, it was first published in 1896.
I made the Queen of Muffins recipe and it was really easy. Note in the pics below, it says to use mixing instructions from the Twin Mountain Muffins so I've included that too.
I cooked them in a mini-muffin pan (it made 12) on 325 for 20 minutes. I also added fresh Rosemary from my bush in the backyard and they're really good. They are sweet as they have 1/3 cup of sugar. Next time I think I'll cut it down to 1/2 cup.

I loved this! This should be a fic!
Oh! Also, I’m getting brain rot over a fic idea where Caladwen and Orophin are doing acrobatic tricks on a trip to Imladris and Glorfindel starts teasing them about how he’s in better shape and could do what they do with ease. But he ends up out of breath and tired after like 15 minutes because he’s bulkier than Caladwen and Orophin (who are smaller but have trained their bodies to that particular workout) and Glorfindel is better trained for heavy lifting. The Balrog Slayer relents and has to be taunted by Orophin the rest of the day. Do you think Rumil or Haldir would ever join those two in their crazy workout challenges?
Yes, I do! I think they both would enjoy the challenge and the work they would have to put into it - plus Haldir loves watching Caladwen at her craft and also his family be happy - but I think that while they probably both stick it out to learn a couple useful tricks for combat and/or tree-climbing, Haldir and Rúmil leave the two of them to their own devices generally!
They'll hang out and watch sometimes though
