OATZEMPIC SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
1/3 cup oats (rolled oats or quick oats)
1 cup protein powder *optional*
Dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp of nut/seed butter of choice
1/2-1 cup of plant milk (I used unsweetened almond (20 cals) )
Drink 1-3 times a day along with green tea and water for maximum weight loss! Helps with plateaus as well! :)
