I moved to Japan

Been a while since I've last logged into this account. This time I really do want to be more active here especially since I have so much free time being a stay at home wife. I've realized it is going to be harder keeping track of my calories here in Japan since none of the barcodes on packaging are registered on any calorie app I have tried so far. I have been trying to put them in manually or trying to find things that are equivalent and tracking that... on the bright side I have started fasting and that is going well. My husband and I are here for 3 years and I am really hoping by the time we get back to the states I am at my goal weight, 115-120lbs. It has been pretty easy restrictin and skipping meals since my husband works and is gone for 9 hours a day. I save my one meal for when he is home so he wont suspect i'm not eating. I don't think it will be too hard to reach my goal since a lot of the food offered here is mostly healthy. It will be even easier when all of our stuff finally gets shipped to the house so I can start actually cooking meals instead of buying pre packaged meals. I have set a goal for myself for the next 3 years; get and stay organized, stay on a routine, stay hydrated, and lose the fucking weight!! Is anyone even still active on here anymore?
