You never truly realize how paranoid your last relationship made you until you see a message from your significant other come through and immediately think shit what did I do, because you're so accustomed at this point that if someone messages you first in a relationship it's the "we need to talk" and your heart immediately starts pounding and your face goes numb..

Every time, I feel this fear, but every time it's not that, it's never that I just haven't got used to not being a burden, a problem, the issue.
