I miss watching The Walking Dead. The mother daughter moment thats I’ve seen gifs of was so beautiful but the show ended for me 9x4 lol. This blog is about to end for me too. I’ve outgrown its use, same with the forum which is essentially shutdown. All things relating to TWD are over for me. I’ll follow Danai elsewhere.

I saw that tweet!! I wish they would be working together. Idk what Danai is up to tho. I haven’t been paying attention since SDCC, lol woops bad fan. I know Chris is filming his show in Boston, but idk if he’s wrapped yet.

I think we have established that no one involved with these movies(amc, Andy and Gimple) actually cares about Michonne or Danai. Therefore I need Danai to do me a solid and for once be selfish enough to say no to this idiotic, unnecessary trilogy of movies that no one asked for.

In regards to Michonne, totally. Theres only like 3 characters the show cares about. It’s sad really, but here’s to hoping she’s 100% done soon.

I think it’s really interesting 🙄 how they couldn’t even write Michonne as being the leader and instead reduced her to head of security, had her waste time writing a charter she doesn’t even get to sign all while being the punching bag. And ppl praise the writing in s9 and I’m just here being bitter I guess because I don’t like how my favorite character was written and treated, but other female characters get to be called a leader & get to be respected by other characters, I’m just so over it

OMG that was annoying AF! That’s why I’m now closer to being fine if they kill her off (I still want her to set sail with her kids tho but watch that not happen). Like it’s clear TPTB don’t care about Michonne and what she actually stands for anymore especial since her show OG family is all gone. They’re probably gonna make Negan adopt Judith when she dies or sails off or something ugh. They’ll probably forget RJ even exist like they did most of season 9. Power to Danai for having to BS her way through interviews agreeing with how much in charge/power Michonne is and whatnot lol cause she was convincing me. Well in regards to what she said last season cause I haven’t really listened to interviews/cons for this season cause I’m over it too.

What do you mean there was a reason for the lack of interviews and photoshoots? I always thought it was extremely weird that Andy and Danai seemed physically closer before they went canon. As in sitting together during interviews and panels and kidding around. I still am not sure what the problem was post canon. Especially in 2016. Something was fishy. Maybe his wife was like no thanks lol, keep away. I barely saw her interact with Danai before last year. Or was amc trying to sabotage?

I was being factitious lol not saying there really was just that they didn't get a photoshoot like Steven and Lauren got :/. I just wish we got more stuff like that richonne panel and we really didn't. Idk about cons tho seemed he was more wanting to be with Norman so our loss :(

Lol at you not finding Andy attractive now that he's off the show. Are you me? Danai's presence is like a makeover for these white men istg. She makes everyone look better. Rick was legit hot though because he had bde especially when in Ricktatorship mode. Andy, not so much 😬. Not with those flip flops and Birkenstocks and white dad polo tees lol. I miss having someone to thirst after though 😓.

It’s not fully because he’s off the show, like I didn’t find him attractive season 1-6x15ish, but I find it funny that I went back to just liking him for his acting and such, not looks. I loved psycho and ruthless Rick of like season 4-5, that was my ultimate fave! I’m still on my marvel kick, well I never left it, so cevans (I already know where some will go when I mention him lol) is my man <3. Like i’m still gonna watch his problematic ass new movie just so I can stare at him looking hot AF lmao

I think since danai is a good story teller/writer she feels the need to (unfortunately) go off into movie land to finish in a not rushed way.. like I think she knows fans are expecting her story to finish with rick and the kids and a reunion so she has no other option really? unless we’re all gonna be shocked and they kill her character off which I could see but I don’t know if they have the balls to do it

Yeah she might :/ story wise. At this point I’d almost rather they kill her off :O at least Danai (and me!) would be totally free of TWD :D

I loved Richonne because I felt Rick was the only character worthy of Michonne, though I wasn't necessarily a Rick/Andy fan. I kinda feel like AL tends to overact in some scenes, but he was the heart of TWD. R should've died in M's arms, but no he had to be flown away with Jadis and M didn't get closure. I feel that M will never get her closure and she will just have to let it go. Meanwhile R (if those movies get filmed) will most likely have moved on. So frustrated we didn't get any closure.

Reminds me that I only found Rick attractive when he was with Michonne lmao. Now that Andy is off the show I’m back to not finding him attractive lol

Omg This is why never cared for Richonne because I saw a lot of people only worried about Rick & not Michonnes character. I don't think Andy is a phony I think that hes a nice guy, but he just understands what it takes to sell a show. When the writers put him in a relationship with Michonne , hes gonna go out there and sell it and he knew a lot of fans wanted to see this f ship so he pandered to that segment of the fan base. Its not his fault people blurred the lines btwn real and fake.

You never cared for richonne?! HDU :O. TWD is pretty terrible at relationships lol but theres was so legit and I loved it. Some put too much of their own wants and beliefs into that couple that it went beyond on screen to real life so yikes lol. Altho I say this and I still remember wanting them to do like photoshoots and interviews together (like other tv show couples) and we got like virtually nothing. Maybe there was a reason for that...?

Danai said she had a lot of input into Michonne's story and exit. If she doesn't think her character should be killed off then I guess she wants to come back at some point or do the RG movies, so I'm all about supporting her whatever she wants to do. PS. I could always tell Andy was bs-ing. I was always in shock people fell for it, and thought there was something real to it. 😂

Yeah I’ll support her too...through tears if she does the movies :’( lmao. I fell for his shtick for a bit :’( lol jokes on me. People read to much into things when they want to believe.

Lol I see Andy news pop up on my feed cause I still follow TWD pages so I’ll still see his updates. But with anything he does I’m just like cool, might watch it whenever its on TV lol. But for Danai I want her lightyears away from TWD already

Andrew Lincoln is an actor. He acts and says whatever the studios need him to say to sell a show or a movie or a ship. Whatever. We are the fools who believe that there is truth to anything he says. He plays at pretend for a living.

Well there are actors that are way more genuine than he’s been. You can at least tell when some are straight up BSing.

My thing is I want Danai to have her own life and her own things! No more Walking Dead. No more Andy. Just Danai. Why would a FAN of hers want her tied to a married man who isn't thinking bout her? OR to a sinking franchise of movies? You get this too, correct?

I totally get this. I kinda like removed myself from all those things cause I was just over legit all things TWD related unless its like in passing. But I still don’t get why anyone now is inserting Danai into Andy’s life or vice versa. Like that could be discussed in retrospect, like in relation to the show maybe, but they are separate people who aren’t even working together anymore lol. Thats also why I’m like cool Andy is doing something different FINALLY and just think that not linking it to anything else like a regular fan.

I mean doing three(3!!!) movies as a compromise sounds dumb and unnecessary to me? He wants a new story, a begin again situation. It's obvious he doesn't care about Michonne or Richonne at all tho cause the premise of these movies is ooc and makes no sense. Also maybe he's doing it for easy money while he does his bland low-key side projects.

I’m not too invested in caring either way about Andy’s decision now, except with these asks lol, but announcing a movie so soon after announcing his exit was just to soften the blow for fans. Plus gives Andy a way to return when/if he’s ready after his taste of freedom from TWD lol. Altho with even the announcement of these movies I still feel like he thinks he’s Wolverine with these solo movies lol and Rick sooooo isn’t.

Umm AL says 500 different things to 500 different people so it's best to ignore anything he says. He reminds me of some other actors who pander to every part of the fanbase. The only thing that seemed genuine was his dislike of that Jessick arc cause he was being shady even months after she died lol.

Lol true. Some actors will just say whatever to please whoever. Dude has said a bunch of different things. I feel like he just got tired of the show (like the amount of time it takes of his life) and TWD thought it’d be cool to expand their (stupid) universe with at least talks of a movie and used their most famous actor/character.
