Gary Vaynerchuk felt me, I am not kidding it is Technology for Humanity #futureofdigitalmarketing which I will talk about later, I was thinking about this topic, It showed up in my LinkedIn Profile, Yeah..I know that's not something I am shocked about this is Technology for Humanity.So Yeah, It is a proven thing that you should sleep properly and as Gary Vaynerchuck said which person told you to sleep for 4-6 Hours a Day ? You should Sleep for 12-15 Hours as he said, Yeah It's an Issue if you you're not doing something productive when you're awake. Let me tell you a fact when GOD CREATED THE HEAVEN AND THE EARTH, Even God Rested on the 7th Day ad Yeah, God get disappointed with those who do not rest on the 7th Day. - THE HOLY BIBLEIt is a sin if you do not take rest, You see.So yeah get proper sleep and do something passionate about when you're awake yeah, I am mean work or maybe do something productive.
