"We don't get many campers from that part of the world." Daria said she could tell he was feeling uneasy. Most of Camp Half Blood's campers were from around the United States, so to find a camper from as far away as Norway was fascinating.

"How are you liking NYU? As I said I'm out there most of the year, I don't get to stay at camp. Maybe I'll see you around the city sometime."

"He won't say no." She knows her older brother fairly well by now, he'd probably laugh at the fact that he and Nico had the same idea, depending on who popped the question first, but Will would not say no.

"You're my brother anyway, this way it's just official." The golden haired daughter of Apollo said squeezing Nico's shoulder.

"I won't say anything, I promise."

Dawn froze.

"When?" She was so excited, truly she was, but the irony of Nico telling her this on today of all days.

Her hinting about Will and Nico coming to the campfire was so Will could get Nico alone afterwards and have Dawn play for them before he popped the question himself.

But Nico obviously didn't know that.

"Does this mean you're officially going to be my brother?"

"So you're here to see me, not Drew or any of the others?" Yes Amara had asked for her mother to come, just like any other young demigod before they gave it up, godly parents didn't just drop by camp for no reason.

"I don't want a quest, at least not right now." Amara knew a quest was something to be grateful for, but with so much going on at camp she'd rather stay here and take care of her siblings.

"I have questions, since you're here."

"I'm just surprised to see you, that's all." Amara wondered briefly if her mom was here to see her children or if she was here on business, but if that was the case why come in person?

"Are you here with a quest for us?"

"Everyone's alive, I call that a win." Gilbert glanced towards Cabin 10, their siblings would be out training in or working in the strawberry fields right now. It would be one of the only times both brothers would be alone for awhile.

"Do you want to come in? Get caught up on what's new since you left?"

"Oh you know the usual, training mostly. Making sure our siblings are taken care of. Big brother stuff." Gilbert shrugged, he didn't fully understand why Chiron had called Aspyn back to camp. Everything was fine, the cabin was a little crowded these days but what else was new?

I keep thinking about Selina Beauregard and how Amara probably never met her but looked up to her anyway. Who wouldn't look up to an older sibling who everyone says was a hero?
