things that are actually helpful for men's mental health:

spreading awareness for how to recognize symptoms in yourself, especially when you aren't good at recognizing/understanding your emotions

making therapy cheaper & more accessible for men who cannot afford it

making sure men of color & queer men have access to therapists of color & queer therapists (true of other marginalized men as well)

fighting the stigma of men being vulnerable, weak, emotional, and not just in therapy but also in interpersonal relationships.

not shaming men for struggling to deal with the pressure of toxic masculinity or hating themselves for needing support

providing clearly available resources to men, especially men who don't live in progressive areas (for example, older men & men in red states)

things that are not helpful:

saying "men just need to go to therapy lol"

I thoroughly believe men should be loved the way women are expected to be loved. Shampoo his hair for him in the shower and rinse it out for him. Pull him to your chest and play with his hair when he’s feeling sad or sleepy. Take him out to dinner and pay for his meal. Bring him little surprise gifts. Kiss his forehead and temple when you see him. Let him be the little spoon and hold onto him like he’s everything to you. Be obsessed with him, treat him with all the love you expect to be treated with.

you've been doing it wrong your whole life, trying to be liked, to maintain relationships of self-examination and compromise, asking yourself why you are rejected by others, why a vortex of drama surrounds your every move, imagining that you posess some agency, some autonomous will to create these conditions, when you could have been applying the science of psychology for your true progress and healing, do you understand? You could have been learning psychology, and using it to truly master your circumstances, by diagnosing all others with disorders such as narcissism, BPD etc., such disorders as condemn the sufferers as inherently bad, that, indeed, emperically and irrefutably demonstrate them to be bad! Only by the courageous apprehension of this science can you be healed; indeed, only by the knowledge of your scientifically demonstrable innocence! but i fear you will never understand these truths, due to your toxic masculinity, as indicated by your choice of blue dip dye, she/they pronouns, and bisexuality.
