forgot to log this yesterday but i did a lot of audio cleaning, figured out how to PROPERLY remove the buzzing my mic burdens me with

got a little more of dear stranger figured out but turns out i did something funky and the guitar chords i wrote up no longer work so that's going to be a mess and a half to figure out. no worries though, i've got plenty of time

recorded approximately 1/3 of dear stranger vocals

best thing about today was figuring out how to get my mic to record optimally (the master closet is super well-sound-proofed). it's still grainy bc my mic is cheap as fuck but you know what. it's bedroom indie. it's a character choice.

i'll probably record a little more later today, i'm taking advantage of having the house to myself.

only working with audacity right now but hopefully i'll have access to fl studio soon, i really want those synth'ed instruments
