OUTFIT SELECTION...
For my shoot i took a trip to a vintage shop in Burnley which had a wide assortment of garments that would fit in with the mise-en-scene perfectly.
For the Frida Kahlo scene I collected lots of floating skirts and a selection of different fake flowers which I would be arranging on the female models head.
Moreover i collected lots of gold and copper dresses, skirts, waistcoats, pants and tops which I would test on the models to see which shimmery fabrics would catch the light the most, the remaining ones I would place around the scene to create the Gustav Klimt vibe I am trying to communicate.
Additionally for the Roy Lichenstein scene i collected lots of clothing that reminded me of the cartoon, pop art look i was trying to achieve. When I looked through lots of 60s garments where what i thought matched this theme very well.

FILM INSPIRATION
This film links in well with my film as i will use lots of florals in the Frida Kahlo inspired scene and the end scene with has subtle hints of the painting ophelia. I will use the idea of the the shot going from blurred to in focus as I believe it gives the video a dreamy vibe which ties in well with delicate mood I will try and capture in my Art inspired fashion film.

This film links in with my with my film as it has a floaty atmosphere, I have taken inspiration for my fashion film when Floral Melody uses the focus-through shot, I will change the field in focus, which takes the audience from one object to a different one which was previously out of focus.
