Thoughts, Questions, and Plot Holes

Ken told Jessica it wasn’t the first time and they can’t risk Charles hurting Jason or the baby. What wasn’t the first time? That he hurt a sibling? That he dressed like a girl?

If CeCe was twelve when she got the yellow dress than why did Ali look to be way older than 5 in the Christmas episode when she found the dresses?

This Marion scene has the most plot holes of any scene I’ve ever seen in any tv show or movie! Bethany was 2 years older than Ali meaning she was 5 years younger than Charles. There’s no way that there is a 5 year age difference between the kids on the roof! Charles is supposed to be around 13 in this scene. There’s no way Bethany was any younger than 10 there, more than likely she was atleast 12 and there’s no way Charles is 17 there! Then there’s the fact that Toby and Ali were teenagers when his mom died. The First Secret confirms that she dies in 2007, when CeCe was about 22. Wilden was also about the same age as CeCe yet he covered up Marion’s murder when he was barely in high school? Or was Wilden just secretly 40 but looked like he was in his 20’s? Also I though Marion fell on the east side of the building? The spot Bethany pushed her was the front of the building.

How was she able to leave Radley everyday to go see her boyfriend/brother or constantly hangout with Ali? And why did the school allow her picture in the yearbook when she wasn’t even a student?

If she went to UPenn while she was in Radley how do you explain her roommate? Was CeCe actually kicked out of school because she made it sound like she left on her own?

If Mrs D met “CeCe” the day they left for Cape May does that mean CeCe went to Radley as Ali after that? If so then why was Mrs D yelling at Ali about it like it mattered? CeCe was supposed to be in Radley and she always pretended to be Ali so why was this a shock? And if Mrs D was always protecting CeCe’s real identity then why tell Hanna that story?

CeCe hit Alison? Finally something I believe! Noes the perfect time to say this: Vanessa Ray did a WONDERFUL job in this episode! She is the one reason I’m actually able to watch this again. Fantastic job!

Mona hit Bethany? She’s acting like she just found this out! None of this makes sense to me! Ali was supposedly buried first, after she was pulled out Bethany was buried. This means she hit Bethany after Ali was pulled out then left and found Ali on the street. She didn’t notice how odd it was that Ali was covered in dirt like she’d been buried? Or how she had literally just hit her and thought she was dead yet a few minutes later she’s walking down the street? Also you didn’t kill anyone you just hit her over the head. Melissa killed her when she buried her. If Jason didn’t see CeCe talking to Melissa then who was Melissa talking to? Ali would have said it was her which just leaves Bethany. How did Melissa know Bethany? Why were they talking? What were they talking about? Did Jason just dream the whole thing? If that scene didn’t matter than why did the writers waste our time on it just like pretty much everything else they’ve shown us? If Bethany was there to hurt Mrs D then why would she stop to chit chat with Melissa first? Was Melissa in on Bethany’s plan? Was there actually a plan? If so what was it? If not then why was Bethany really there and why did CeCe think Bethany was going to hurt Mrs D? Mona said Lesli heard that Bethany and Charles escaped the same night but Charles was already Charlotte by then. Why would Radley say that Charles was gone and not Charlotte? Why would Lesli lie about that? What was her connection to CeCe? She hated Bethany so was she friends with CeCe? Was Lesli just protecting CeCe’s secret? What was CeCe saying to Ali when the other girls were learning that Rhys was a decoy? If CeCe visited Mona every night and was already a patient in Radley then why did Wren have to authorize her to see Mona? Why did she need a visitors pass to get in? Wouldn’t Wren know that CeCe was a patient there since he was working there? Why would Wren say CeCe hated Ali if she didn’t? Was that whole story made up? Is Wren actually aware of who CeCe is? Has he been helping her this whole time? If not then is he just a moron? Finally confirmation that Mona hit Hanna in season one!!! I mean, yeah, we kinda already knew that but it has never been said in the show until now!another answer that actually works! If CeCe stopped visiting Mona before she was able to recognize that it was CeCe visiting her than how did she make the deal to play the game with her without Mona knowing it was her? How did Mona help her out of Radley without ever seeing who she was? The liars spent the last 2 years of their lives trying to figure out what happened to Ali. When Mona was A they worked their asses off to find out who killed her. But they were happy that Ali was gone? Who would actually believe that? Especially when CeCe is A and can see all the work they had been doing to get to the truth! So her reason for trying to kill the girls was to get Ali to show up to prove she was alive? So when did Ali actually tell CeCe she was alive? Ali asked CeCe to be Red Coat in Ravenswood meaning at that point they were in contact so who contacted who first? When did they talk for the first time since that night? How did CeCe have time to kill Wilden if she was at the lodge when the liars were pulled out of the fire? How did she have the time to do everything? Toby and Caleb had a timeline of that night showing that the liars found Wildens car at about 10:45. He obviously had his car when he was killed or how else would he have gotten to the lake? If his car was back in Rosewood by 10:45 and he was killed between 10 and 12 his time of death is really between 10 and 10:30. If the girls left the lodge at 10:30 they had to have been pulled out by 10:20. No way they would spend more than 10 minutes there if they didn’t want anyone knowing they had been there. CeCe was there when Mona joined the girls meaning she couldn’t have left until 10:20. That gives her 25 minutes tops to get to the lake, kill Wilden, get the dead pig and put it in the trunk, then drive the car back to Rosewood. She couldn’t have just left his body there where anyone could see it so she had to move his body too. Then she had to move him again when they got to town to be sure the liars only saw the pig and not Wilden. Was there no arguing first? Did she just walk up and shoot him a few times without saying anything? Why did she even kill him when he had been helping her keep her secret for a decade!? He may have been payed off but he always protected CeCe! Was she afraid he was going to tell? Mrs D wouldn’t allow him to do that she would have just payed him off again so why was she scared of him? So Sara Harvey is the third red coat? All that time the characters and fans theorized over this just for them to make it a character we didn’t even meet until season 6! She was mentioned once in season 4 for a second and thats grounds for making her red coat? What happened to “you know them already” or “you’ve seen them without the mask?” A stock photo is what passes for us knowing somebody?? Who pulled Aria, Emily, and Mona out of the fire? Was it CeCe and Sara? Why did they leave Hanna? How did they not see Ali pull Hanna out? She almost killed the girls on numerous occasions because Ali wouldn’t listen? She attacked the girls because of Ali? It never had anything to do with them? Why am I supposed to feel sorry for her??? She says none of them died or got hurt like that was because of her. No bitch it’s because Emily managed to get Aria and Spencer out of the freezer just in time. It was because Emily and her mom just happened to be next to where the car hit which you couldn’t have possibly known since you were driving the car! They got lucky they survived! You almost killed them for no reason!!! She doesn’t even have a reason for locking them all in the dollhouse and psychologically torturing them for months!! WTF?! So she apparently killed Wilden so Ali could come home? I’ve already disproven that one but okay then. So Sara isn’t just Red Coat but she’s Black Veil too??? Again, a stock photo apparently counts as knowing someone. We “saw her without her costume in season 4” in a stock photo!? What about “Black Widow was in Shadow Play?” Am I the only one who remembers them saying that? Why would Sara do these things? Was she ever kidnapped? We saw BW in A’s lair so I guess that’s a no. Which one of them was in the red coat when the burnt Hanna’s doll? CeCe was only known to wear it once so I guess that was Sara? Why would Sara be after the girls? CeCe didn’t kill Mrs D. Kinda figured that one. So who did? Why did she choose to bury her in the Hastings backyard? Why did she film it? Why would she send the video of it to Alison??? That’s a little too cruel even for her! She claims to love Ali and she knew how awful she felt seeing her mom dead like that so she just wanted to share that pain with her sister?? Everyones acting in this episode was great EXCEPT for Sara! Her acting is unbearable! Best line of the episode: “dammit” I lol'ed at that Best moment of the episode: Emily punching Sara in the face!!! Which is what everyone wants to do to her and all the writers…but especially Marlene King I do love the Labor Day weekend scene. Emily is going to Pepperdine. Good to see she’s going to college and not joining the army. Aria is going to Savannah. Good for her! Spencer is going to Georgetown. Hmm I’m good with that. No mention of where Hanna is going but I’m guessing she’s sticking to her New York plans. Fingers crossed Marlene doesn’t screw up Haleb the way she did this episode! They seem to have set it up for Sara to come back next season as a villain…again. Spencer quotes Winnie the Pooh!!! I love it!! I also love that Ali is wearing an A necklace after everything they’ve just been through. Not suspicious at all! Omg Spencer calling Hanna baby Hanna-Banana was fricken adorable!!!! Cute Emison moment got cut short though. Poor Ali is all alone now. 5 years later and Ali is now a married teacher? It definitely says MRS Rollins meaning she didn’t just change her last name. I’m guessing the new shrink Dr Rollins is her hubby. I hope he wasn’t her shrink! Although this show does love incredibly inappropriate relationships so he likely will be. Ali looks awesome in 5 years! So do The others even though Aria and Emily haven’t changed their looks much. Who is the he that’s coming? Why is he there? Why are they scared? Why was there a promo pic of a text Spencer got in season 2 if it wasn’t in the episode? They didn’t even mention Ian!? Marlene claimed in an interview that he killed himself and Mona staged the note. First of all, that should be answered in the show not in an interview! Second of all, wasn’t it said in the show that it wasn’t a suicide!? That answer makes no sense! He survives the fall just to kill himself right after? He was happily married with a baby on the way and never once showed signs of being depressed or suicidal. His plan was to kill Spencer and live his life out happily so why kill himself? That’s such a cop out! So many questions left unanswered. So many new questions added to that list. So many holes in this story! I want so bad to like this episode and there are some scenes I like because of Vanessa’s acting but it’s just too hard to get past all the holes!

There's a better argument here...

…regarding the timeline of Marion Cavanaugh’s death.

It is incredibly obvious to see that the events surrounding her murder are out of place. On that, I think we can all agree.

The “Toby-&-Ali-Were-Teens-When-Marion-Was-Alive” excuse is a great one, for sure. Although Marlene has already given her rather lame response as to how this could have happened: “Flashbacks are all perspective”, she says. “The age of the actor doesn’t matter”, she says. Honestly, this seems like such a cop out answer, if I ever did see one. But even I could roll with that excuse if I really forced myself to.

But the problem is, there is another detail here that Marlene is going to have a hell of a time trying to explain away:

Marion died in 2007 (confirmed in 2x13).

Charles had already transitioned into Charlotte at the point of Marion’s death.

This was confirmed at the beginning of 6x10. Charlotte says she went through the change at age 16 when Jessica faked Charles’ death. If Charles was 16, then she became Charlotte in 2002, 5 full years before Marion died.

All of a sudden, this brand spankin’ new “answer” we received about CeCe was yanked from our grasp & was just as quickly contradicted as it was delivered over the fact that we saw Charles the night Marion died, not Charlotte.

So why exactly did we see a young boy on Radley’s roof, instead of a 20 year old fully matured young lady?

Plot holes, that’s why.

EXPLAIN THAT, MAR. Or just admit it already.

PS - If I had a dollar for every time I have said “Plot Holes” in the past 24 hours, I’d be richer than Charlotte DiLaurentis.

The liars went and talked to CeCe’s roommate at UPenn. The roommate said that CeCe hated Ali and her friends because she blamed them for getting kicked out of school for pushing someone down the stairs at a party. But now it looks like she never really went to UPenn? Definitely not when she knew Alison. PLOT HOLE.

I 100% can’t believe This CeCe storyline was written from the beginning. If that had been, they NEVER would’ve had CeCe and Jason date, just be close friends. Incest isn’t a storyline I believe ABC would purposefully write, just accidentally back themselves into and hope people don’t notice too much..

My Apologies

I just want to apologize to all of my followers as I have not been keeping up with my blog. I am desperately behind on my blog although I am still very much watching PLL and wondering who A is! My life is much more hectic since I first started this blog. I hope though that my blog continues to give HINDSIGHT. Maybe all my hard work up to season 3 will lead the way to the real A even though we are several seasons ahead by now!

After looking at Episode 3 Promo we couldn’t help notice what was written on the whiteboards. Below are all the important things that have been listed.

SPENCER

The police have noted that there was a power play between Spencer and Alison, they have stated that Alison threatened Spencer and Spencer did the same to Alison. We did know that Alison did threatened Spencer a lot.

The police believe Spencer has the most to gain from killing Wilden.

What does it mean when Wren’s name is written like this - “Dr” Kingston - Does that mean he is not a doctor? 

EMILY

Not much is said about Emily besides the fact that she was in the lighthouse! 

ARIA

It states that Aria would do anything for Spencer. Do the police think that Aria is helping Spencer?

Mike is on the board hinting maybe for his return

Also there is a line questioning “The other man.” Does this mean the police know about Ezra or is there someone else Aria hasn’t told the girls?

HANNA

The police are thinking that Wilden lied about his car being missing and that Hanna had something to do with it! 

Its noted that Hanna was arrested and the record has gone missing - which A blackmailed Hanna with and her Mum found out!

Season Finale!

Although I am on the east coast, I haven't gotten a chance to start watching the finale! I am so excited for this episode and can't wait to find out so much tonight! They promised many questioned would be answered and I cannot wait for their reveals!
