The Threat of Nemesis

Nobody knows where it came from, or how it came to be. All that's known within The Valley wastelands is that you must avoid it at all costs. If you are spotted, there is but 2 options for survival

Hide

Run

Though, both may not get you far. Even if you do escape, there's still her off-spawn to deal with. Hatched from the eggs, they come in various forms - but they all have one goal in mind. To alert Nemesis of potential prey, bringing it out of its volcano for yet another hunt.

There are few ways that are known to weaken it, or perhaps even defeat it. When The Phalanx was still around, they held a codex which contained the power to defeat the beast - just by throwing the scripture in its mouth! However, the codex was attempted to be used upon the beasts initial arrival, but to little success.

In more recent times however, Terra has been hard at work theory crafting using remenants of photocopied pages of the codex. Writings that could be turned into power. Power that could be turned into a machine that could blast Nemesis into bits... however, they lack the resources and engineering skill to build such a thing. The Valley can only provide so much, both in terms of power and room for learning. Nemesis makes it quite difficult.

However, someday perhaps, Nemesis will be defeated, and Alton Towers may roam free again...

(Hi guys, hope you enjoyed the Nemesis lore post hehe. This is very much only the baseline, but gives enough to work with. Don't think I missed anything but hey I'm tired. Art is a sketched concept by yours truly. I am still learning how to draw the big girl hehe)

Small artists you need to understand that when you see an artist who you think has 'made it' tells you not to worry about the numbers and to not fret about getting more likes than reblogs they are not telling you it because they think you are stupid for caring or because they dont need to network to survive they are very likely telling you that because they have witnessed first hand the way the numbers game tears people to shreds in terms of mental health and motivation
