She has gone on record to speak about entire body shaming and other important problems in the past and at Rajeev Masands Actress Roundable 2016, Sonam shared a horrific tale about that time she obtained molested as a child. Everybody goes through some sort of sexual abuse in their childhood. I know I have been molested when I was younger and yes it was traumatizing. I didnt speak about it for two yrs or three years. I remember the incident so clearly I had been going to watch a film with Raveena Tandon and Akshay Kumar and I went with my friends to Gaiety Universe theatre. We were about 13-14 years old Wed wanted to obtain these samosas from outside and it was a gang of girls and you know, all of us used to hold each other people shoulders and walk. I had been last because I was the tallest obviously and I was holding on it was my friend Ektas birthday I remember very clearly. We walked in. There was a man who came from behind and just held my breasts like that. And obviously, We didnt have breasts during those times. I started shaking plus shivering and I didnt understand what was going on and I began crying right there. I didnt speak about it. I just seated there and I finished viewing the film because We felt that Id done something wrong for the longest time. Thank you Sonam intended for sharing your story plus making the pertinent stage that abuse and harassment is (sadly) so major in our society. While a lot of the celebrities are actually guarded this season, Aamir Khan broke his stereotypical serious guy image on the show last evening. As part of the rapid open fire round, Karan asked your pet which celebrities would have a certain job if they had a key life. When asked about sex therapist, Aamir surprised everyone by taking his own name! Almost shocking Karan and his 2 co-stars on the couch, this individual further added, Hidden talent.
