Disney started a partnership with Target which allows for exclusive Disney products to be sold in Target. This is beneficial for Target’s brand image because they are the only superstore to acquire this relationship and sell exclusive Disney products. This is another convenient option for shoppers along with curbside pickup and in-store pick-up. Disney said the "store-in-store" would offer more than 450 products from the company, including more than 100 products previously offered only in its own stores.
Disney's new store will be opened in Target's stores in major cities in the United States, such as Philadelphia, Denver and Chicago. The new Disney "store-in-store" will be operated by Target, with an average area of 750 square feet per new store. There is also an announcement that Target will open new warehouses in their busiest areas in order to supply their stores more often and also use robotic solutions in order to make their supply chain more quick and efficient.
Do you think right now since the pandemic is the right timing to do this partnership? Who will it benefit more from this?

Tesla has been the biggest hit since the pandemic. The firm said it made $8.7b in revenue in the three months to September, as deliveries rose 54%. The company also relies heavily on tax credits as a sales incentive for buyers. One of the biggest news that Tesla broke up publicly was it announced a share split from 1 to 5. Tesla has made $10.4B in sales. With An annual sales growth of 56.85%
But recently, Tesla is not doing so well. Recently, Tesla CEO Musk admitted Tesla's quality control problem for the first time in an interview. They have faced a lot of issues with their cars. There are a lot more incident reports, car crashes, autopilot, etc. Since this year, Tesla has experienced frequent quality problems, issues such as abnormal acceleration, battery fire, and vehicle remote upgrade (OTA) reported by consumers, demanding that they strictly abide by the laws and regulations of China, strengthen internal management, implement the main responsibility of quality and safety of enterprises, effectively safeguard social and public safety and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
With so many of these safety matter issues, how do you think Tesla will be affected? Will they be replaced by other e-vehicle manufacturers such as NIO?

There are several licensing agreements that Target corporation has signed with other companies or brands. As a licensee, Target has responsibility for all expenses and risks, which included administration, marketing, and production. Besides having licensing on product brands, Target also uses this strategy to attract its customers by bringing well-known companies into its stores. According to this article, at the beginning of 2020, Target got approved by Fargo City Commissioners for the liquor license. Target Wine & Spirits must obey the rules, including Target's promise to keep the liquor store separate from the existing store. Target expected to continue adding on to their store for the business. Licensing strategy allows Target to extend into more markets with low risk.
Most states have laws in place that allow third parties to sue for damages caused by patrons that leave liquor establishments or events visibly intoxicated. Do you think Target will handle this liquor license well?
