Thoughts are like bubbles that form and dissolve in clear water. Thoughts are not distinct from the absolute Reality, so relax; there is no need to be critical. Whatever arises, whatever occurs, simply don't cling to it, but immediately let it go.

Anytime you have "I," you have a problem. Our teaching is only do it. Don't make "I" when you do a good action; it's your original job as a human being. It's your paymemt to the four elements, to the sun, the moon, the stars, the universe. A helping action is not good, not bad. Nature does its job without making good or bad. Water is flowing; is that good or bad? Sky is blue, tree is green; is that good or bad? Don't make anything. Just do it.

Just as I want happiness, so do all sentient beings also want happiness. Therefore, just as I would accomplish my own happiness, so I must also accomplish the happiness of all sentient beings. Just as I do not want suffering, all sentient beings also do not want suffering. Therefore, Just as I want happiness, so do all sentient beings also want happiness. Therefore, just as I would accomplish my own happiness, so I must also accomplish the happiness of all sentient beings. Just as I do not want suffering, all sentient beings also do not want suffering. Therefore, just as I would remove my own suffering, so I must remove the suffering of all sentient beings.

One can write Guru Rinpoche's heart mantra on stone or wood, and have it well consecrated, and then put it in a place where people can see, such as road, etc. Anyone whosoever sees it, if he or she can develop devotion and faith, it would be the best case. When seeing it, if one can develop devotion and faith, then whatever illness,

demonic force, negative actions, and obscurations will be purified.

If we do not examine our own positive or negative thoughts and just leave them as they are, they become causes for samsara.
