Bruce: Commissioner Gordon, I wasn’t expecting a visit this late.

Tried the rest of the internet with no luck, so might as well try here. Is there any kind of established naming convention for the Imperium's nobility in Warhammer 40k? It seems to go tile, first name, middle name, house name, familial surname, sector. Now my question is, how does it work when you have two nobles getting married for political reasons? Who joins whose House, how is that decided?
For real, if someone has knowledge on how this worked irl in the 18th/19th century that would be awesome 😎👉👉
