I adore the 1945 adaption of Agatha Christie’s ‘And Then There Were None’ featuring a cast with Barry Fitzgerald, Louis Hayward, Walter Huston & June Duprez.
I had trouble sleeping the first night I watched it because all I could hear in my head was that damn whistling.

Introduction post
Hello! Despite everyone kicking up a storm about tumblr I’ve decided to open a blog here.
My name is Katie, I’m 18 and I’m an alcoholic - I mean enthusiast, regarding Classic Hollywood. As you can probably guess from my age, this is rather a new thing for me but I have to say, it’s been interesting discovering so many films I never knew were here and finally watching some well-known ones.
This blog is almost going to be like a one woman book club - I intend to write about films I watch (almost reviewing them, but without the stars), post pictures and content relating to my favourite stars and films, and meet you lovely lot out there who enjoy the same stuff!
As far as introductions go, I don’t think this was too shabby? Thanks for reading if you made it this far! First post incoming.
- Katie
P.s - I also have twitter so feel free to follow me there (@goldeneracinema)
