We’re at that point in summer again where everyone is getting ill. So, I thought I’d share my sickness tea with you. It saved me when I was ill during exams!
You need:
🌾 Traditional herbal tea bags
🌾 Honey
🌾 Tumeric OR ginger (powdered)
🌾 Lemon juice
🌾 Milk (optional)
🌾 Boiling water
Making the tea!
Make the tea starting with the tea bag and milk, then add everything else to taste. You only need a dash of the tumeric/ginger, and honey both sweetens this and works to make you better. Additionally you could draw a rune or sigil using any of the ingredients to promote good health.
Remember though, herbal remedies aren’t an alternative to genuine medicinal help. Use this alongside medicines you are taking to get better, and always seek professional advice.
