I haven’t finished reading “Like Father Like Son” yet BUT…

-but since I have some free time I thought “hey, why don’t make some storyboards for lfls so I can practice drawing turtles, emotions and storyboards in general?” SO HERE I AM

As you can see the first will be scene where brothers FINALLY found Leo (or at least finally saw him idk) starting with Raph and Donnie talking about where was Mikey >:)

“Just a Nightmare” part 1

…. Oh god I finally posted it! 🎉 I was so indecisive about the dream panel: the colors, the nightmares themselves, if I wanted to cut them into smaller separate panels- and if I wanted to include MORE nightmare slots than just 2, or if I should change the layout 😵‍💫- but I think I’m happy with it, I really do. and happy it’s out of the way. 😅

Part 2 will come soon, definitely won’t take as long as I took to talk about and then post part 1 (again, sorry about that). Also look out for some “behind the scenes” stuff like storyboards and initial sketches in between full posts ❤️

I think it's high time that we discuss how Percy actually learned more useful things from Luke, (as far as fighting, how to lead, and later down the line how to realize how terrible the gods really are and how much they really don't care) than he literally did from anyone else.

Everyone else, especially Chiron, wanted to sugar coat things and not tell Percy the whole truth, but Luke was usually honest with him as long as it wasn't really something that would get him punished by Kronos.

Luke taught Percy how to become basically the best swordsman in camp. Even during their later fights, Percy was able to pick up on ways to get better at swordfighting.

Sure, other people/ gods taught Percy information and different fighting techniques. However, what Luke taught Percy in the beginning is what actually kept Percy alive for most of the first series and he still uses a lot of the things and skills that he learned from Luke well into the second series.
