I think we’ve all overdone it at a concert at least once in our lives where we don’t remember shit. We just have little spurts of memory and the videos to remember it. Well…a week after this concert I went to I had a package addressed to me and it really made me raise a brow because I hadn’t ordered anything, but I just thought maybe a friend had ordered me something, had it addressed to me, and just shipped it to my place. I opened it and it was a Michael Cera tapestry. This huge tapestry of just a collage of Michael Cera’s face. I don’t remember purchasing it…but sure enough I went back into my history on my phone and I definitely bought it that night after the concert. Had it up for a while for shits and giggles, but now it’s stored away in my closet. But I don’t have the heart to completely get rid of it.

that’s gotta be one of the best post-concert stories to tell people. you had such a good time at a show, that you ended up going on a shopping spree and not even remember it. whose concert was it? who gets some of the bragging rights for inspiring that in you? was the tapestry from any particular michael cera movie or just random pictures of the man? oh, absolutely never get rid of it. it’s got a story and it’s unique, you’d so regret it later.

Think I fit more of the peasant than Prince Charming. I do appreciate the boost to the ego though. Especially from a Prince himself. She has made me the happiest and I really won at the whole life thing. Anyone would win getting to wake up to Josie almost every single morning. You could never be a bother, mate. You are practically family. May have to surprise her with a weekend getaway and come rock out to some of the best fellas in the industry. Cause we all know you guys know how to put on one hell of a show. 

you’re a prince alright. chiseled from granite and actually a lovely bloke too, so my assessment stands. it helps that Josie is a disney princess herself, so you two are a matching set. careful, you say it like that and i’ll be inviting myself over lots, since i absolutely adore your girls. i hope i do get to see you and josie in mexico...it’s the perfect time of year to spend a few days on the beach. march is a very drab month, tbh.

hey, so i know we were talking about doing something soon and i just wanted to ask if you have tons of plans after easter? one of my friends rented and paid for a stay in a glass lodge in iceland, but he’s unable to make it, so he suggested i take his booking. wanna spend two days in reykjavik in a cabin, where you can see the northern lights? i know you’re busy, so i totally get it if you can’t but i thought i’d ask. uh, the cabin has two bedrooms too, so you would have your own space and i promise, i have no ulterior motives like that. / @aricnasgrande​

i really like unique home decor right now. especially with tiktok and all the cool artists on there, it’s a never-ending cycle of purchasing things. I try to justify it by remembering that i’m supporting a small business. my latest purchase is probably this blue gummy bear lamp. I love it because it doesn’t feel like it’s something you see every day. how are the stripper pole exercises coming along? where did you put it? 

i love how there’s two duelling interior design trends. everything is either really sleek and monochrome or people just go all out on colour and texture. i follow this woman on instagram, that’s turned her north carolina home into a gothic castle and it’s actually awe-inspiring. that’s like the best of both worlds, supporting small businesses and getting to deck out your home in these interesting pieces not everyone has. can’t lie, that lamp sounds cool as hell. is the light it emits also blue? the only room in my house with enough space and tall ceiling ended up being my bedroom, so as cliche as it is, that’s where i put it. i’ve fallen in love with it too, it’s the best core workout.

this is honestly a brilliant timing for this question. i grew up with dogs but since i’ve been on the road so much, i’ve never had one as an adult. or any kind of pet, tbh. i wouldn’t call myself an expert but i’ve followed a few local animal shelters for awhile and how can you not wanna bring one or thirty home, when you see them like that?? i love beagles, our family still has one but gotta say, i’m super drawn to sausage dogs. they’re just cute as hell and full of personality. do your kids have fave breeds? 

So, I'm thinking of getting a dog, now that my career has slowed down a little. But I have no idea what breed to get, it needs to be one that's good with kids. Any suggestions? Maybe it doesn't have to be a dog, do you have any pets?

my natural hair is pretty light, i’m a strawberry blonde, so i got lucky and didn’t need to do much bleaching to get that fire red appearance. they did something called clay lightening, it’s a natural process and they don’t use any harsh chemicals. the most damaging for my hair was the black dye, it took forever to wash out and i ended up having to cut most of it off so i could return back to my auburn curls. i know your schedule is insanely packed, but if you’re ever in LA, i could introduce you to my friend Rosie. she owns a hair salon, that only uses natural ingredients and their sweet almond oil and buckwheat hair serum fully restored my scalp and curls. god, that makes me sound so hippy, right? your hair looks so sleek and soft in all photos though.

Question. When you dyed your hair red, did it destroy your hair? I know your hair is pretty light but I'm assuming you had to lighten it a little to get it that vibrant. Only asking because last year I bleached my hair so I could dye it orange for fhe Rolling Stones shoot and it's the first time I ever really went that hard with hair dye (other than the e-girl phase I had during the How You Like That era) and even though It's so long, my hair still feels super dry. I mean of course people wouldn’t say no, but I also don’t want to come out as a creep if you just met me and I asked you to come over to look at my room, haha. Thank goodness for growing though because I have just a super basic room now. Ooof, I got you. It’s so fun but they really do kill your arms, I mean.. you’re supporting yourself on a pole. It is really real, I had to tell the people coming to my shows to not bring me presents during the meet and greets because I don’t need materialistic things. I have a ton on letters to go through though, and I’ll take a letter over a gift any day.

nah, i think a lot of people would’ve been honored to be asked, tbh. most people would’ve probs wanted to check it out just for the curiosity factor alone. not every day you get invited somewhere with a whole star wars room lol. i’m sure your kid would be thrilled if one of these days, one basic room turned into the star wars room again, lmao. pulling your whole body weight up on a pole is easily the hardest workout, hah. do that every night and you end up with the buffest arms. fans are so sweet for wanting to bring little gifts and you always feel really bad, if you can’t keep them. letter gifts are such a good, meaningful idea. our fans have started bringing us homemade funko figures of us and i’m obsessed.

right? i’m hearing nothing but perks here so might just have to go and buy myself a pole. maybe after your little sleep study so let me know how it goes, yeah? hope you don’t have too many mentally draining, sucky days! that’s exactly what it is – a soccer mom fitness trend that i fed into. it’s supposed to make working out fun but it was just as soul draining as the rest of the workout trends. i’m not going to deny that — the hula hoop is yours for the taking. 

i’m wholly recommending it. it’s so much fun and there’s so many ways you can use it. ab crunches on it however? brutal but god, so effective. so far, giving the sleep effects a thumbs up too. maybe it’s from the exhaustion, but i’ve been sleeping like a baby recently. fitness trend for bored wine mums, no wonder it was the talk of the town. yess, thank u. i’ll come get it soon and get started on that fitness journey too. i’m going to be hella fit come summer. what’s your preferred way of working out? are you more of a hiker or are you all about that gym life?

i’m sorry but you’re so easy especially if i bat my eyes at you, it’s like you melt and do whatever i ask you to do. thank you, sometimes i feel like i’m not reaching the levels i can but as long as there are people out there who still want to listen then i will continue to put out music that makes my heart smile. yeah, tomorrow is the last show and then i’m back home! i have been yes, such an overwhelming amount of support and love. yes, how about next week after i come home?

i feel like i need to protest how easy it is for you to get me to do things. it’s unfair !! this is where my inner marshmallow-ness really does kick me in the butt. you’re doing things on your own time and making the kind of music that makes you happy, so i reckon that’s what it’s all about. there’s an audience for it and you’re authentically yourself, win-win. south american crowds are the best, genuinely. forever hype and they’re so invested too. i’m home all next week, so pop in whenever you get the chance.

Right?? I mean, you can’t go wrong with a gift you know you’re going to love. Getting a delivery after completely forgetting about the order is always fun and exciting. Light Yoga? Hmm, I’ll think about it, I’m more of a do a light run on a treadmill or walk. I’m not huge on working out, but I’ll give anything a go at least once. No, you don’t want to try and understand it cause I don’t even know why I did it. I made use of the ducks though and that’s all that matters to me, and that I made some people smile because of it.

gift giving is the hardest thing, even for your closest friends. your subconscious always knows what you really want, though. who doesn’t love a surprise gift? even if you’re the one paying for it, lmao. i do regular yoga without the pole, but the pole works well for certain moves. it’s a nice variation to my routine. ever try hot yoga? that’s one of the most effective workouts i’ve ever done, that and crossfit. work outs can be a hit or miss, especially in the gym. no one expects to get a duck but you made some people’s day with them. next time, you have to order something different as a surprise gag gift.

It’s an art, but unfortunately some can’t see beyond the stigma. I’ve taken a few classes throughout the years and have so much respect for the women who are able to make their bodies move in that way. Even when I was in peak physical condition at the height of my career with Victoria’s Secret, I still found a lot of it challenging and was wiped afterward. Did you have a favorite move? Men and their toys. It’s his problem to figure out now so best of luck to him. My new apartment has voice controlled lights and blinds, which feels like the ultimate convenience until the wi-fi goes out. Hopefully there’s a backup remote or something because otherwise I just want a switch. Very much so. The thought that something is always listening kind of freaks me out. And then you see those horror stories of random strangers tapping into your baby monitor and talking to your kid. Makes me want to live in a bunker with no technology at all.

the whole stigma in itself is so stupid but after living in america for as long as i have, it doesn’t surprise me. people have a very weird attitude about sexuality and people are so judgmental about it. i’ve always thought of myself as pretty fit; drumming every night is a hell of a workout and i’ve done yoga for a lot of years. i was still exhausted after a twenty-minute pole workout, so i got nothing but deep admiration for folks, who can do it every night and make it look effortless and easy. i really like doing the flying boomerang thing, the one where you swing yourself around. i’m not very graceful but it’s a hell of an arm workout. did you have a move that you specifically liked doing? voice controlled? damn, you went real fancy in your new place. technology really is always listening. i had alexa for all of a month until it started feeling real weird. i had casually talked about buying a new stove but hadn’t googled anything yet but still ended up seeing ads for stoves on my browser. too weird for my blood, hah.

i mean you could tell me i was shit and i wouldn’t even think you’re a rotten friend. but goddd thank you, thank you. and thank you for always supporting me. you know i don’t have enough words to say what it means to me. but like the times i’ve been drunk crying saying it’s never gonna happen and it’s all led to this and i know you never doubted me, that’s why you’re the best. you know, even when i first read the script i just knew you were going to love it. the best vibes right? i loved getting to live in the fictional 70′s for a period of time, truly. oh stop it. i mean her name being camila has you thinking it was sort of meant to be right? oh god i have no idea.. not another season. but hopefully something else i can put my heart in to. i got another couple of movies coming out.. gonzo girl and marmalade. so there is a ton of promoting this year and hopefully some new projects. and some downtime here and there. — god you did not just call yourself shitty, i actually despise you. mexico? that’s so fucking cool. but yes please, vegas soon. all the drinks, all the fun.

nope, that would make me both a liar and a rotten friend. the show is dynamite, darling and camila is my favourite character. you can do anything you put your mind to and always happy to be here to remind you of that. you’re a star, completely in your own right and you deserve the world. there’s not enough 70s inspired shows, especially about the music of the era, so daisy jones & the six fills a much needed quota. i know it’s based on the book but a second season should really be a thing. so many more stories to tell. it was fated in the stars and no one else could’ve played her. thank heavens for those movies, there can never be enough of you on the big screen. pls, our stupid little band can be very shitty and you’ll have to fight me on it. to be fair, we’ll only be in mexico for a day this time but hey, at least it’s something. all the drinks for you and all the weed and gambling for me. viva las vegas.
