Animation studio Shuka returns from the television anime’s fifth and sixth seasons to animate the film. Takahiro Ōmori is again serving as chief director, but Hideki Ito is the new director. Sadayuki Murai is again handling series composition, Tatsuo Yamada is returning for yōkai design, and Makoto Yoshimori is again composing the music.

Natsume Yuujinchou: Utsusemi ni Musubu Teaser Trailer

Anyways, gonna copy and paste the translation note here:

“Utsusemi” is written in Hiragana, and it honestly can mean so many things. Sometimes it is (literally) translated as an empty cicada shell, other times it is used to refer to more spiritual and cultural things: it could mean reality (“utsutsu”), or a living being, or the world itself; it could even simply mean emptiness, or how temporal things can be. Without more information about the film’s details, it’s hard for me to give an adequate translation.

EDIT: Seems like ANN translated the title as “Tied to the Temporal World”… Which is legit enough.
