A robot escaped from its creator in Russia and caused a traffic jam

The robot — Promobot — is designed to aid in customer service. Oleg Kivokurtsev, who created the bot, said in an email on Wednesday that the robot “really escaped” from the test area and obstructed vehicles from passing by him. It took Kivokurtsey a bafflingly long time to figure out his robot was gone.
