With everyones combined efforts, all attacks collide around the same time, the Gourgeist screeching so loud it echoes across the city, explosions seeming to rock its body as the Dynamax form collapses, and the Gourgeist is reduced to its original- Extra tiny state, clutching what is obviously a wishing star in its hands.

A mass of pokeballs fly out of the blue, but only one actually connects, that belonging to Caben (@blind-as-a-noibat)! The ball clatters to the ground and rocks- Once, twice, three times...

Click!

Gourgeist was caught! It's Highly curious, with a Timid nature!

The sky clears, returning the brilliant night sky to its original glory. Congratulations trainers! You managed to keep the collateral damage to a minimum, and the event can continue right on schedule! (After a bit of cleanup)

✧ "Oh! That's cute!" Riley chuckles, taking the plush. He tucks that away in his bag, too, with it's head sticking out just a little bit. "I have always been fond of the legends surrounding Pokemon like this..."

He's yet to meet one in person, though he knows there is one that lives in the area near Rota as well. Perhaps the next time he visits, he will get lucky?

Pamphlet Text: This pamphlet is a three fold with a photograph of a dratini across the front, sponsored by ‘The Friends of Fuchsia’. Inside is information on the dratini of the Safari Zone, including their preferred environments, habits, and history. There is a section on proper care and the warning that these creatures are not pets and certainly not to be gifted as prizes at Game Corners. The last section in the pamphlet describes the dangers of poaching these creatures face.

✧ "Seven? That's not too bad!" He grins. "I suppose... I'll take that figurine set of the legendary birds!"

As he tucks his prize away in his bag, he thinks about what Looker said about the final secret. "A pokemon that surfs? Alright." Whether he's supposed to use one of his own or there's one waiting for him, he'll have to wait and see.

"Thanks so much for organizing this! It's been real fun!"

✧ "This has been quite the experience!" Riley says, laughing as he takes a seat near Will. "Apparently I'm a freak because I like the taste of SaffPop? Does it really taste gross to most people?"

He chuckles. "I heard there were some interesting in-synch dances going on earlier as well. Very... different."

"I honestly don't know which is more sad: Throwing a really nice, expensive drone off the side of the ship, or someone trying and failing to do something as easy as pick pocketing." He witnessed both failures this evening, though seeing no one notice the pathetic attempt at petty them was even more depressing.

At least he didn't have to deal with watching people making out on a lapras floatie while being sucked into a conversation that was far too nerdy for the likes of him.

✧ Sir Aaron stumbles on it while he's wandering away from the dance floor, a small thing that happens to catch his eye. He kneels down to look a bit closer, habitually not bothering to even touch it --- even if such a thing is apparently possible tonight.

"Who lost this, I wonder...?" he muses aloud, just as he hears a set of quick footfalls approaching his location quickly. "Ah, was it you?"

✧ "Well, perhaps not in the movies, but..." he laughs, quietly. "I know some of my ancestors preferred other weapons. A staff, a bow, a pair of sharp daggers... Myself? I try to be a shield first."

He might be taking this too seriously. It IS only a costume party, even if his costume is something he truly aspires to fill.

"But you're right, it is classic! I should have asked my uncle to loan me a prop I could use. Alas."
