Being self-employed content creators, my wife Charley (@charmarlowe) and i have been struggling with bills, food and medicine, as a large portion of our hard-earned income gets taken away in order to pay off Charley's credit cards, due to a lifetime of unfortunate circumstances out of our control.

Both of us are mentally-ill and struggle with chronic fatigue, even so we work A LOT to support ourselves, but no matter how hard we work, the debt is not getting any smaller due to interest.

a while back i posted about watching a gravity falls look back podcast called "mystery shack look back" and honestly it's a great podcast Ella and Charley and very good at what they do and hey have great guests on including some of the writers. but if you don't want to watch a 50+ ep podcast about the gravity falls fandom then at least watch ep 49 cypher hunt they have alex and dippers voice actor on it's very fun and shows how unprepared alex was while making it

Full disclosure, because people keep asking where some pre-2019 Real-Time Fandubs are

They are members only or Patreon exclusive

I promise I can justify why

In May or June I got fired a week after spraining my leg because I forgot to call out sick every day individually

I am so close to my credit limit on every credit card that most of my free time has been dedicated to strategizing how to afford groceries

I am in the process of moving to Eastern Europe because I am traumatized by day jobs but can't afford to live in America on YouTube alone

It doesn't really make ME happy that people are still watching my content from when I was closeted (oh, they/them trans femme, btw)

Plus I have improved at every aspect of production with 6 additional years of practice since the first Gravity Falls RTF

So it seemed fair to just put it behind a cheap paywall (I think $3 for highlights on YouTube, $10 for full dubs on Patreon?)

I understand why that doesn’t feel fair to some of you

I am sorry

But $10 for 200+ dubs feels fair to me
