El doesn’t know to feel having to share her mommy with someone else.

she really doesn’t! she’s so conflicted because on one hand, that’s her mommy. but on the other hand, that’s her leo and so she should be glad her mommy is taking care of him. she’s just at a loss— sometimes she’s crying because she wants her mommy and she has elio instead, but then other times she’s happy to embrace the time with her dad or uncle luke!

i haven’t gotten this question yet!!

it’s definitely a change! they’re fortunate enough to have luke around to help, for now, and they’re so grateful for that, but it’s a lot of nights with only a couple hours of sleep!

luckily, luke has been a great help with keeping el occupied and happy! elio has been attached to lovie, as he’s only a week and 4 days old, so he’s feeding every 2 hours and taking lots of naps in her arms!

ohhh, then my best advice is to listen intently to what the instructor says in the beginning because usually they’ll go over their expectations! check your mirrors, know where your emergency break, flashers, and turn signals are!! and don’t overthink it! you know how to drive, you got this, love!

that’s the written test, right? sorry, it’s been 7 years since i’ve taken that and i’m a bit tipsy so i can’t think!

but my best advice would be to make sure you study, and don’t be too nervous, love! i promise, it’s okay if you don’t pass the first time because you have plenty of chances to retake it!

clover and daws go to finland around july for a music festival that’s held every year either around helsinki or tempere (from what i’ve seen most finnish players try to attend this every summer)

and since finland is known as land of a thousand lakes (yes i know canada has more i just think finlands are prettier) they find a cute little island to visit for the weekend if they have to take the train

she introduces him to sauna culture there and even though dawson hates a cold plunge he still does it and then finds the nearest hot tub

daws freezes when trying to say any of the phrases she’s taught him and just says “kiitos!” even though that means thank you that’s how he says hello to a member of her family

i love this!! although i feel like it would mostly be erik showing them the ropes because clover hasn’t been to finland in a while! erik became her legal guardian when she was 11 and for the most part she’s spent her time in america ever since!

right now, they’re in massachusetts spending time with John’s family!

they’ll be wedding planning over the summer! they’re gonna split their summer between massachusetts and canada, so they spend time with both of their families; maybe even take a couple trips!! but their main focus is getting as much wedding planning done as possible because they don’t get enough time to do it during the season!
