Why do so many people think that just because a “weak singer” leaves, that the group will magically become an overnight sensation? I don’t know how to tell you this, but a lot of times the ones you cheer for leaving contribute something incredibly important to the group. Just because it doesn’t affect the one small facet that you pay attention to doesn’t mean the group is better off.
