Lae'zel is weak- she can't resist her and it doesn't help that Shadow is good at seduction. She would go to undress in Lae's line of view, she'd bend over on purpose, she'd walk to her tent in only underware and pretent she forgot something.

Lae would never beg but she would say 'please' to be suffocated under Shadow's soft weight. She'd ask her to squeeze around her head harder, to fully sit on her face - she almost want's to faint from it.
