In the quiet sanctuary of their bedroom, the night wraps around Iriss and Nevan like a soft blanket. Iris, her head resting comfortably on Nevan’s chest, listens to the steady rhythm of his heartbeat—a sound that has become a soothing lullaby to her over time. The room is dimly lit by the soft glow of a bedside lamp, casting gentle shadows that dance quietly on the walls.

As Nevan’s fingers trace idle patterns on her back, Iris’s mind drifts to a darker chapter of her life. She recalls the painful memories of a previous relationship marked by abuse. The scars on her arm, faint but enduring, are reminders of a night when fear had gripped her—burn marks left by a thrown beer bottle and a lit cigarette. Those scars, once symbols of her vulnerability, now signify her resilience and survival. It was the reason she was in Evergreen Harbor. The reason she disappeared from a previous life.

The faint scent of Nevan’s cologne fills the air, pulling her back from the precipice of those harsh memories to the present—a safer, happier moment. It’s the same cologne he wore on their first date, the night she had opened up to him about her past, her fears of love, and the dread of falling in love with the wrong person. His words from that night echo in her mind, a vow that had felt both immense and genuine: “I promise to spend the rest of my life proving to you that you are perfect, deserving of love.”

Iriss inhales deeply, the familiar fragrance mingling with the warmth of Nevan’s presence, reinforcing the security and love that now envelop her. In this moment, the past’s shadows are overshadowed by the comfort and trust she has found in Nevan. She feels a profound gratitude for the man beside her, who not only promised love but has lived that promise every day, helping her heal and grow stronger in their shared life.

Iriss finished the final touches on the her latest project, a series of bespoke murals for a new holistic wellness center opening downtown San Myshuno. Each mural is intended to embody elements of tranquility, healing, yet be playful. Her cozy Evergreen Harbor apartment doubles as a mini studio, with vibrant sketches and watercolors spread across the small space.

As evening shadows lengthen, the aroma of simmering garlic and basil fills the kitchen. Iris, stirring a pot of her homemade tomato sauce, hears the familiar jingle of keys at the door. Nevan walks in, his shoulders slightly slumped—a posture she's come to recognize all too well these past few months.

"How did it go?" Iris asks, a gentle concern threading her voice, as she turns down the burner.

Nevan manages a half-smile, shrugging off his coat. "You know, the usual. 'We'll be in touch.' But that feels like a formality." He leaned against the kitchen counter, watching her.

"I'm sorry, love," Iris says, crossing the small kitchen to give him a comforting hug. "But hey, your perfect job is out there. Until then, I've got us covered with this mural project. It's really picking up."

Nevan nods, his smile more genuine this time. "I know, I believe in you. And you got it smelling good in here, baby! I'm already ready for dessert!"

With a laugh, Iris playfully nudged a glass of red wine across the counter toward his regular seat. "Sit down, dinner's almost ready. Let's eat, and then I can show you the designs. Maybe you can give me your thoughts on the next mural?"

As they settle down, the evening turns into a blend of comforting pasta and creative brainstorming, weaving their shared hopes and dreams into the fabric of their life together in Evergreen Harbor.

This is a legacy challenge that breaks a lot of the rules of the challenge you might be familiar with. I always thought it odd that legacies start with a young adult sim that hatched out of thin air and is expected to live on a large lot with no money. This is my unique spin on a legacy challenge that provides a backstory to the founder.

Iriss Renee Woods, born in Oasis Springs the only child raised by a single mother who passed away during Iriss' freshman year in college, is best described by her friends as creative, boho-chic, and a wellness enthusiast with a fondness for crystals and sage.

Having endured a challenging relationship through much of her twenties with a serial cheater, Iris is now happily engaged to Nevan Germany, a man who cherishes her completely.

Cherishing her independence, Iriss pursued a freelance artistic career immediately after college. Her ultimate dream, however, is to own a quaint coffee shop where she can also display and sell her artwork.

SURPRISE! My Save File is Here! 💕 Version 1.0

Yes, I kept this a secret after scrapping my world-by-world approach. This is the first version of my save file and I’m so excited to share it with you. My goal was to make a flexible, diverse, inclusive, lively save. Since this is the first version, not all lots have been replaced with custom builds. This will continue to be done over time in future versions, as well as the addition of cross-world relationships, clubs, and so much more. A few notes about this save file:

Not pack restricted! All packs and kits have been utilized

Almost every world has at least (1) starter

All townies have been given makeovers

All townies have been given likes/dislikes

All townies have been given skills, careers, and household relationships

(31) Original families have been added

All households have up-to-date or custom descriptions

Newcrest has been intentionally left empty for now

All builds and sims will be added to the Gallery to ensure console players can put the save together, since access to this file will not be possible

**Before you add any save file to your game, I would suggest backing up your current saves and ensuring this file (titled: Slot_0000040f) doesn’t overwrite a current save in your game. You can change the slot number to avoid this, if applicable.**

How to Download:

First click the download and wait for it to completely download

Next, drag the .save you just downloaded into your game's save folder (in documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/saves

Finally, start your game and on the main menu, press load game (you should see my save file listed)

This simple mod makes the entire world clickable, allowing you to place objects anywhere with TOOL. Right now i've only done Willow Creek and Newcrest.

As mentioned, sims will walk in the street and occasionally route in odd ways, but it shouldn't cause any problems in your game beyond that!

Toddler LV Dungarees

Hey, Ive kinda been messing around with clothes as I want to create my own,  im learning lol. here is a manipulated version of TS4 dungarees and recolouring.  I Edited a little bit of the mesh as the original dungarees were very baggy so I made them a little fitting. I hope you like them,  The neon pink with the green is my favourite.  Hopefully soon I will be able to make my own meshes stay on the sim lol (im not very good with weights right now) More decor items coming this week xx
