CHARACTER EXPRESSION
This piece of art was made for me to practice different types of smiling expressions. Therefore, I colored in everything with alcohol based markers, except for the faces, in order to show the pure and raw expression of the sketch. This is because I believe that many times the beauty and flow of the sketch is lost in the inking and coloring process.

CHARACTER IN A SETTING
This acrylic painting was done on a 100x70cm cardboard paper. It includes “Dani”, one of Miriam Bonastre’s characters from her comic “Hooky”. As seen in different artworks, I usually work on a smaller scale, so when I have a very big piece, my human anatomy proportions start to weaken.
