Wonderful Trip From To Coorg To Enjoy Natural Beauty Of Coorg

I always dreamt of travelling to Coorg to experience all the beauty of nature that I had always seen in photographs. But till yet it didn't get possible because Coorg is at the extreme South of India and I stay in New Delhi that is an extreme north of India.
Thus, travelling from New Delhi to Coorg is not much easier to think. But when I checked online this time, I got to know some options that were easy and convenient and hence finally I decided my trip to Coorg this time from my hometown New Delhi.
Travelling from New Delhi to Coorg
There is no such direct transport from New Delhi to Coorg, and hence the best option was to drop down in a big city and then to take the roadways. Roadways already were supposed to take up some time, and so I decided not to travel by train. I took Jet Airways from New Delhi to Mangalore, and I reached in about 2 hours and 50 minutes duration.
I had my tickets in the economy class, and it was a comfortable ride to be said. After coming out of the Mangalore airport, I got a bus that took me to Coorg. The distance from Mangalore to Coorg was about 150 km, and it took me about 3 hours and 30 minutes to reach Coorg via the highway NH275.

My Stay at the Coorg Hotel
As I had my tickets booked online, I also had my hotel room booked online and got a great hotel at a good deal. Hotel Serene Woods was a 4 star rated properly and was located in a very convenient location that was approachable from most of the important places there.
Before booking this hotel I had a look at many other Coorg Hotels, but this one attracted me the most, not only because of the price, but also because of the scenic beauty in which it is located. The hotel property is run by young entrepreneurs, and they have an aim of providing the guests with comfort in the midst of natural beauty.
The hotel has been designed in the form of small cottages in lush greenery, and the rooms are well furnished and have been equipped with modern amenities to make the stay a comfortable one. The hotel offers a common dining area that is served by the in-house kitchen. We tasted some of the local food items and also some of the other cuisines.
The hotel was at a distance of about 1.5 km from places like Sudarshan Circle and Madikeri. Also, the hotel staffs were very much friendly, and they were quite helpful in guiding through some of the points of attraction, shopping and other place sin Coorg where we enjoyed ourselves. Other amenities such as free internet and others were, of course, an added benefit.
Coorg is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations, but the hotel stays made our trip even more enjoyable and a luxurious one.
