Airbnb appears to have come through! They have released our account, wiped out the incident filed against us, and refunded all of our rent and fees.
It appears that they have allegedly terminated Rosey Benitez and her Bimini Oasis cottage. She has disappeared from the Airbnb web site.

www.Bimini-Rental-Nightmare.com. Rosy Benitez's Bimini Oasis appears to have been dropped by Airbnb early morning November 25th. OASIS has not been found on any other Bimini web sites since. Ms. Benitez and her daughter Monica failed to respond to a letter from a guest alleging eleven Airbnb Travel issues violations, including critical health and safety issues.
