Rest in peace-- my awesome best friend

I hardly use Tumblr and have so few followers, but if anyone is still out there.. Ed Demesa was my truly amazing friend who no matter what the circumstances, always made sure I knew he was there for me. He was a cheesy poet, avid gamer, and adventurist among a myriad of things. He was taken too soon, on October 6, 2017, and the hole he left in our hearts will be vast.

My breakfast almost every morning as of late, toast topped with mashed avocado 🥑, spinach, tomato, and a pasture raised egg 🍳 cooked in @fourthandheart ghee butter. This morning I also added @chosenfoods harissa avocado oil mayo which gave it the perfect spice 👌

The band Blink 182 named their holding company Poo Poo Butt Inc. They chose that name because it was the “most immature, dumbest thing ever,” and said “We thought it would be funny to have our accountants, managers, and attorneys having to say that over the phone every day.” Source

This isn’t the scene of a massacre, it’s just a vet’s office where a horse had a nosebleed. Horses breathe heavily through their noses, and their bodies contain a lot of blood, so a human nosebleed that soaks a couple paper towels equates to a horse nosebleed that looks like a crime scene.
