Ladies...Am I the only woman who can't have multiple orgasms? Sure feels like it

So before you say I don't know what I'm doing, I'm very familiar with my own body and how it orgasms. Tested positive for chlamydia. Partner is accusing me of infidelity. I don’t know what to believe anymore.

A week ago I (33F) started having symptoms of a UTI. No big deal. I went to the doctor, they did a quick test of my urine and didn’t immediately detect nitrates so decided to do the full inspection (urine culture, vaginal swab, etc.) for STI’s. Turns out I do have a UTI, and BV… and chlamydia.

Has living together changed your sex lives?
