ANYONE that knows Haruhi Suzumiya knows that even after all that talking, she did not once think to actually prepare a pitch in advance. Call it....err.....unreasonable, unjustified CONFIDENCE ! The Grand Emotional Appeal she had once used to convince Shigeo had been completely off the cuff. Buuut she gets the sense that is not what this kid needs for convincing. this high schooler was absolutely bonkers, although she was not much different from president kurata of the telepathy club. they would be instant friends, depending if they did not know each other already. the smack on the back was somewhat anticipated, but it was much rougher than he expected it to be. it was not surprising that the elder kageyama brother accepted the invitation to being members of her little brigade because of the kind of person he was. takenaka's schedule for tennis was already chaotic enough as it is due to the upcoming tournament.
