so the past few weeks i've been in total pain! haven't done anything since i just stay in bed and watch tv. but there are days where my neck feels stiff, and my left shoulder hurts at time. wish i had insurance. truly just want to see what's wrong. when i eat, i feel better. maybe i need to move more.
